hi, im going to do a cut in january. anyway im wondering if SSCV is more effective in the morning or evening time? in the morning, i could do it just after i wake up. or in the evening, after work. what do people prefer?

It is very marginally better fasted in the morning. But, other factors are more important, like convenience.

I'm not James but it depends upon you. You have to be able to balance the intensity you use with the duration and then you ability to recover and then train legs meaningfully. It should be fairly easy.

Can of worms this one! I agree that whatever is most convienient is more important. Any Cardio is better than no cardio. Personally, I find Fasted AM Cardio to be much, much more effective than anything else I've ever done from fat burning. Weight litterally fell off me when I was last on a cut. 45 mins on a staionary bike. around 70% maxHR - done. Good luck with it, pal

Drew Price How many times a week did you do that Stegsie? Up to about 5 (certainly no more than that) Sat, Sun, Tue & Thursday usually. Can't rate it highly enough. Want to kick it off again, but haven't got the spare room anymore (baby due in a few weeks) so need an alternative ......

Mate, if I was doing 3-3.45 hours of exercise a week, I'd want to see some benefit from it! As I say, time & efficacy wise I am not a fan!
