Plans look good mate, diet pretty similar to UD2 from the looks of it. Hard part will be sticking to plan at weekends and not binging after a week of feck all calories!

This looks like an excellent plan, from a training and nutrition point of view. I'm pretty sure it will yield good results.

Yeh similar to ud2. Never done proper depletion type workouts so that will be interesting.
The binging will be the issue but I think i have it sussed.

So I've just done a load of food prep.

I've worked out kcals and macros for 6 meals (2 beef and 2 chicken, a keto meal and an oats fruit and whey meal)

They are each within 10calories either way of 800kcals each and almost identical macros - depending if it's a carb it fat meal. (see I'm not completely anal lol) so this will make counting cals and macros so much easier.

I'm also eliminating traditional cheat meals. This is where I've fallen down in the past. I've created 4 healthy meals which may look like a cheat but really isn't as I am controlling what goes in and how they are cooked. When I make them, I'll post pic and macros of them up. But they are my top 4 meals if I was to cheat and therefore will help with any cravings.

bolognese pizza with cheesecake, steak and chips with ice cream, enchiladers with ice cream and burger, chips and a choc shake. One of these meals once a week.

Squat 220kg(3) - Bench 200Kg - Deadlift 250kg - Strict Press 130kg - Push Press 140kg

What are those pink things? I assume the dark brown stuff is all mince, then you have chicken and chicken w/rice in the others

That my friend is my bacon box. I grill up a kg of bacon at a time and take out rashers as I need them. I can have
Bacon and eggs cooked at work in 3 minutes.

Yes all mince. Eat with cheese for KETO or pasta for carbs (some spices and hot sauce will turn it into chili)

Sweet and sour chicken with rice. The other chicken will be with coleslaw for a keto version.

Exactly, I have no excuses for straying.

Cheers Cu77en. Veg? You mean coleslaw lol? I actually eat alot of veg, i do love it (had an allotment for 5 years). Those microwave steam bags are good as only take 2 minutes (but veg can't touch the sauce!)

Re: ANIMAL : Experimentation in Progress 2017/01/04 22:15:16 (permalink)
Today my knee has been in agony all day. Don't know what caused it. Strapped it up necked a coffee and hit gym after work.

Felt the lack of carbs. Breaking myself in slowly this week before hitting proper keto next week. Going from about 500-700 a day to 100 this week could feel the difference. But I have enough stored energy about my person to survive an arctic winter so it's not needed.

These fullbody superset days I'm going to have to put deadlift at then end of the sessions as it just wipes me out. Fear not , I still soldier through but it's def more laboured.

I'm not going to be doing a lot of vids anymore as I think some tunes are required to keep the heart rate up and focus going on feck all kcals. Can't film and boogie at the same time . So here is my last bit of prancing (until the next time)

Deadlift - beltless

70x5
110x3
140x3
160x1
180x1

Dead Ladder

200x1
190x2
180x3
170x4
160x5

Deadlift TNG / Strict Press superset

100x10 / 60x5
100x10 / 60x5

Incline ISO Row / Goblet Squat/ 1 arm Dumbbell Row Giant Set

80x12 / 40x5 / 40x10
120x5 / 40x5 / 40x10

1 arm Dumbbell clean and press

40x4 (alternating arms,)

Cable Fly / EZ Curl / Dumbbell SLR / Tricep Pushdown Giant Set

50x20 / 37.5x10 / 10'sx20 / 60x15
60x15 / 36.5x10/ 10'sx20 /60x15

Some rolling and stretching to conclude proceedings

Squat 220kg(3) - Bench 200Kg - Deadlift 250kg - Strict Press 130kg - Push Press 140kg

Re: 2017/01/05 16:57:49 (permalink)
Went for my first powerwalk since the summer today. Need to get back into doing these. Only 40min fasted on seafront but it was tough. Had an hour and half to kill before school closed so sat on a bench in the glorious winter sun and promptly fell asleep listening to a podcast lol. (2 hours sleep the night befor will do that to you) . Got woken up by my alarm which normally gives me 15minutes warning to pick her up but I was not home I was miles away snoring on a bench by the sea like well dressed hobo! Tell you what I was like Nigel Mansel and got their just in time. That was stressful.

Restocked on some goodies yesterday. Anyone had any experience with T Cyp? Is it much the same as Enth? First time I'll be using this ester

Test should just be test whatever the ester, the ester is just the time release

cyp is much the same as enanth... as DV says its just the ester and timing really however some do well with test e over test p for eg... (I am one such, test prop pip and test flu city but all other esters fine)
