When you say we Reborn are you gonna be necking some clomid too lol good luck though I'm sure you'll be a great parent. The most life changing (positive) thing on a personal level you can experience imo.

Well we have been trying for a while, my wife has PCOS so doesn’t ovulate properly, hence the Clomid. Its something that has become a bit of an obsession for my wife so fingers crossed , we both really want it.

Come June I'll have some before and after pics to post as I have just started a log for the unofficial shape up challenge. After over a year of neglect I needed some motivation to reverse the decline lol.

As said thats what i look like now, as always you neglect the gym and the rot starts to creep back in, so to speak.

So ive just started another 3 month blast and will post more pics near to the end, so lets hope you can see a difference.

At the moment im 15 st 9lb, a week ago i was 15st 2lb, so have increased a little, ill take the weight to 16st, and cruise on that, i wont as before stress out on trying to gain 16 st +, ill concentrate on more definition, and hopfully stay stable at 16st, my weight last aug was 16st 7lb........all the best.

Hi Guyz.

I have a before I lost over 5 stone plus pic and one of me now. The first pic was taken in May 2008 and the second one Dec 2009. I am now working out, and will keep you posted. Hope you don;t find this too scary.
