now than mate, good luck with the cycle.

just reading through some of your training, and on shoulders day, you only do raises, no pressing?  is there a reason for this such as injury?  pressing is a much better mass builder than lat or forward raises

I found that with shoulder press, my right shoulder was always in pain afterwards, think it is rotar cuff problem...the same problem occurs after benching aswell so I chose to drop one of them in order to save the other.

Might start incorporating them again soon enough, has been 4 months since I last done them and i think that my shoulders have progressed well since then

have had RC problems myself mate, and i did the exact same thing.  slowly reintroduce then into your training, but on different weeks.  I dont really do flat BB bench anymore, just once a month, the rest of the time i use db's, chest grows well like that.  The lack of shoulder press will hold the shoulders back though, worth trying a few different moves, such as DB press and putting it back in gradually.  definately avoid BB pressing, particularly behind the neck.

maybe do some light rc work as well

Ah I much prefer Flat Bench to DB TBH, have been trying DB the past few weeks and I just can't get used to it...will try a bit more though, really need to work on my chest as it is my weakest body part IMO

I never do anything behind the neck, makes me whince when I see people do it, especially on Lat Pulldowns.

thanks for the comments, hope you follow the remainder of the journal

Your housemates will walk into your room and find you faint and passed out on the floor with a needle hanging out your arse.

I'm not botherd because it's free

Trained chest today, absolutly shocking

Bench Press
60kg 1x5
90kg 1x1
80kg 1x5
80kg 1x3+4 partials
60kg 2x7 (really slow)

Incline Bench
50kg 1x7
50kg 1x5 (failed and had to roll it of me)

Cable Press/Crossover thing
1x10-Pin 3
3x7-Pin 4

thats all I could manage, but I know the source of the problem

when me and my mate were rolling on saturday he managed to armbar me...I tapped out imeditatly but he must have slightly hyper-extended because my left elbow tendons killed as soon as I picked up the Barbell for bench

Took the guy who works at the gyms advice, go home, apply ice and rest

Hopefully be alright for deadlifts tomorrow we'll see....if not I'll juts be taking painkillers

On a more serious note. All they asked when I did mine was, date of birth, my initials. What I wanted the needles for? How many cycles i intent to run and they double checked that I knew the steroids needed to go into a muscle and not a vein. The whole experience was pretty dire, i now just pay a few quid to get them delivered
