There is when I'm stuck in doors all day with coursework deadlines fast approaching.
The streets are still, the final struggle's ended;Flushed with the fight we proudly hail the dawn!See, over all the streets the fascist banners waving,Triumphant standards of our race reborn!

Back day yesterday, was once again another good session, really seem to be punishing it recently...although I can't wait to be able to do deadlifts again Lat Pulldown 75kg 5x6 Drop Set-75kg-60kg-45kg-30kg all for 4 reps Seated Row 65kg 2x10 80kg 2x10 100kg 2x3 Seated Row 50kg 1x5 45kg 4x6-slow and controlled Single Arm Row 30kg 5x10 T-Bar Row 20kg 1x20 40kg 2x10 50kg 2x6 40kg 1x10 20kg 1x20 Felt completly bolloxed after this session. One thing I do need to really do is clean up my diet now though, I started cardio 3 weeks ago and am yet to loose any weight....I figured that with the implementation of cardio I would have at least lost something considering I am still eating the same as I was before, But I guess not

I didn't watch Raw, or Smackdown for that matter...don't have a TV at Uni, I read the results online though....Raw was supposed to be **** this week. Forgot to update my Journal for Fridays workout, Did Chest but focused on Reps over weight and defintly felt better for it, massive pump which I don't usuall get, should probably lower my general working weight as I did feel the benifts. Gym was closed on Bank Holiday Monday so didn't do anything then....went out for a mates birthday though. Tuesday was Cardio, felt a little bit easier this time...finally. Wednesday, Trained Back, wasn't a good session, don't really know why, got really angry with myself by the end Lat Pulldown 75kg 1x10 75kg 4x7 Seated Row 45kg 5x5 Seated Row 70kg 3x10 T-Bar Row 35kg 1x20 40kg 4x15 Seated tricep Pushdown 45kg 3x10 Crap, didn't feel it so very dissapointed. Cardio today, I set my alarm early with the intent of doing it unfueled, but when push came to shove I stayed in bed and only woke up 30 mins ago

Trained Chest on Friday, was going to try and follow the same princple as last week, lower weight higher reps for a greater pump. didn't go acording to plan though, shoulder was playing up big time....again, really should get a physio to check that out. Flat Bench 60kg 5x8 Incline 50kg 1x10 60kg 2x6 Decline 60kg 1x10 70kg 1x10 60kg 2x10 Tried to do some bicep work after but got ridiculous pain in my forearms, dunno what that was either so had to stop

40 mins or cardio, absolutley ****ed. I usually do 25mins on the Hill Setting on the Cross Trainer followed by 15mins of the seated bike on the same hill setting. today tryed keeping it at steady resistance Level8/12 then 6/12 for the last 6 mins on the cross trainer. defintly alot more tiring then I thought it would be. there was a fair bit of talent around the gym though so I had a good perv, however it's not a good idea to do this while dripping in sweat to the extent that I do...makes your like like a devient

I'll hopefully be repping on 140kg....hopefully, my back strength has improve loads since I last did deadlifts so I should be good for that. Cuting the excess fat, probs get down to 12'10'' or something, then bulk back up again without eating so much ****.....cycle maybe...who knows yet
