Skullcrusher Diet looks okay (apart from the burger and chips of course ) although you could prob do with squeezing another protein shake in there between 3 and 7 pm? and there's no fruit!?, but I'm sure this wont be your diet for the full cycle so I'll cut you some slack LOL. I personally found that adding oats to protein shakes helped a lot as SD is so carb hungry. Good one on the flaxseed, it's important to get the EFA's in. Only had the burger and chips cause I was meating my friend at the pub,...Fruit, I usually have two pieces a day I put dextrose in my shakes PWO, obviously this isn't ideal all the time....was never able to stomach oats in my shakes

May be a placebo effect... just as good I'd say! I really think you're doing way too many sets/reps. To make the most of SD, you would be better to focus on a lower volume, but heavier weight IMO. It's your call though man.

Still continuing to eat big, I look a bit bigger but can't reallt tell yet. Weigh in today as it's been a week since I started, also first session since friday due to the gym being closed yesterday. Also upping the dose to 30mg, taking 1 cap at 9am, 1 at 2pm and 1 and 7pm Think that should be about right?

I see you do no deadlifts. Any specific reason for that?

Moved into my new flat in Nottingham yesterday, missed my dosings of my SD so had to take it a bit latter, also went out for a mtes birthday, drank to much and was sick when I got home not good. won't be drinking again for a few weeks now anyway. Going down to Liberty Gym and renewing my membership then training Shoulders and Abs today, see how it goes

Ok I lied in ym last pose, went to the gym today and trained Shoulders and Abs Lateral Raises 10kg 5x7 Rear Deltoid Fly 30kg 1x10 40kg 2x10 50kg 2x10 Front Raises 10kg 5x12 Shrugs 60kg 1x10 80kg 4x10 Crunches 2x50 1x30 Knee Raises 1x15 2x10 Felt good today, was really suprised how easy the rear Deltoid Fly was going, last time I did it a few months back I was only ashuifting 40kg for a few reps, this **** defintly works diet has been terribly slack over the past two days, but today has been good and will hopefully continue for the remaining 10 days Also started to notice Back Pumps, but nothing major
