It was the only time I've noticed them TBH, and I was running fro the train, even though it turne dout I was 10 mins early!!! Trained Back and Triceps today and also had a weigh in 13st4lbs I was quitedissapointed with this, allthough it was to be expected as my diet over the past few days has been lackluster at best, if I can gain 3/4 ;lbs next week I'll be happy Deadlifts-First time in 9 months 60kg 1 100kg 2x1 120kg 3x1 Lat Pulldown 82.5kg 5x7 Then a Drop set, can't remember weights though Single Arm Row 32.5kg 5x7 T-Bar Row 20kg 1x20 40kg 2x10 50kg 1x7 40kg 1x10 20kg 1x20 Seated Row 60kg 1x10 80kg 4x6 Tricep Pushdown 50kg 4x10 Skullcrusher 30kgf 3x6 Close Grip Bench 30kg 3x10 Not gonna the lie the deadlifts took alot out of me

Sorry about the lack of updates over the past few days, I trained shoulders and abs on thursday but didn't get a chance to put it up as I couldn't get to a computer, now have internet in my flat so should be no problem Went down to London from Friday till Sunday with my mate to see another friend, her parents paid for a limo to take us out...was quality, I was absolutly mashed, liver didn't feel to good in the morning. also went to the pub yesterday evening as some guys from Uni have moved back up...£1.50 a pint, wasn't good on my liver either I've also decided to extended the SD for another week,

I'm training at Liberty again this year as I know where it is and the price is good, allthough I have heard good things 'bout Cinderhill so i guess you can't go wrong there what do you mean by focus on a comp in 2011? Bodybuilding?

Im sure you've heard of NABBA, they have comps all over the country and im giving myself the whole of 2010 to train and get into shape to hopefully compete in the south east 2011 NABBA bodybuilding comp. I just think it would be cool to get on stage and show what you've worked all year for + i could do with the waxing ^_^ How much is Liberty?

rex2 congrats on your bench pb mate, you seemed to have gained well strength wise on sd. i have been considering my first cycle for a while now and cant decide between sd and epi I wouldn't say I've gained that much strength TBH, my previous max bench was 97.5kg and now it's only 105kg, but when I got the first PB I was weighing 14st4lbs, now 1 stone lighter so....I guess if you take that into account it's a bit better can't deadlift or squat properly atm so I can't judge the strength gains TBH But I'll guess we'll see after PCT, I'd defintly consider doing SD again in the future it's good stuff
