Ballbag AKA onefatidiot AWG I'm gonna try Test next, wanted to try an oral first though and I couldn't get hold of Tbol I bet you have an idea on the timeframe before that starts entering your system You're really not in to the needle thing are you huh?

Trained Back and Biceps today, first session of PCT Lat Pulldowns 82.5kg 5x8 60kg 1x6 Single Arm Row 32.5kg 5x7 T-Bar Row 20kg 1x20 40kg 1x15 50kg 2x8 40kg 2x10 20kg 1x10 Preacher Curls 30KG 3X10 Hammer Curls 17.5kg 3x12 *supersetted with* BB Wrist Curls (standing) 30kg 3x15 no noticable strength deacrease, I am however nursing a massive cold...not fun

Shoulders and Legs today....w00t Lateral Raises 10kg 1x10 10kg 4x8 Rear Deltoid Fly 50kg 1x15 50kg 1x12 50kg 2x10 60kg 1x6 DB Front Raises 10kg 3x12 Kettlebell Shrugs 40kg 3x8 Single Leg Press (left leg) 20kg 5x10 Leg Press 160kg 3x15 Hamstring Curls 25kg 1x15 32.5kg 4x10 Calf Raises 120kg 2x20 120kg 1x30 120kg 2x25 All good fun. started with additional supplements today to help me maintain during PCT...finally cracked open the tub of RPM that I brought from Bodypower, will start using DRIVE next week and possibly some creatine

Beasted Chest and Biceps today, good session Flat Bench 60kg 1x4 90kg 1x5 100kg 1x2 90kg 1x3 60kg 1x5 DB Flat Bench 30kg 2x10 Incline Bench 60kg 3x6 Decline Bench 60kg 1x10 80kg 1x5 80kg 1x3 60kg 1x6 DB Flys 17.5kg 3x8 Hammer Curls 17.5kg 1x16 17.5kg 2x12 *Supersetted with* BB Wrist Curls 30kg 1x20 30kg 2x12 Preacher Curls 25kg 1x10 30kg 1x6 40kg 1x3 30kg 1x3 25kg 1x7 Great session, never really tried DB presses before, felt really good considering I'd alreayd done 5 sets on barbell previous, could probably go higher but would rather work on my form first, **** co-ordination needs improving no strength loss so far, but PCT is still in the early days

AWG cheers pal Also did abit of posing practice to kill some time while my training partner finished his tricep work...looked pretty decent I hope you had a killer pair of high heels on mate  all that posing will give you a new type of complex lol When do you think you will have another cycle? after xmas.

****ing terrible session today, I woke up this morning feeling a bit sick, didn't really think much of it, took my pills etc etc....started the walk to the gym then it hit me, got there and I could barely move, training partner told me to go home, but some training is better then no training Hope this goes away soon though. Pull Ups 3x5 Seated Row 80kg 1x12 80kg 2x10 Lat Pulldown 82.5kg 1x10 82.5kg 1x2 (couldnt move it) 60kg 1x10 Single Arm Row 32.5kg 3x10 T-Bar Row 20kg 1x15 40kg 1x10 50kg 2x10 40kg 1x12 20kg 1x10 Didn't even bother with triceps. worst session in at least a year

as you said mate , some is better than nothing...i am doing a workout right now and feeling abit weaker than usual , just finished BB curl , now on to deads. Dont let that session knock you out of sync , keep at it and dont think about how bad that was.

Chest and Biceps today, had to get my pump for tonight drinking...Trent Army style Bench Press 60kg 1x10 90kg 2x4 90kg 1x3 100kg 1x1 80kg 1x5 Incline Bench 50kg 1x10 50kg 1x8 60kg 1x6 50kg 1x8 Decline Bench 60kg 1x10 80kg 1x2 (to heavy) 70kg 1x3 (****ing knackerd now) 60kg 1x5 DB Flys 17.5kg 5x10 Preacher Curls 30kg 3x10 35kg 1x7 Hammer Curls 17.5kg 1x16 17.5kg 2x12 *suppersetted with* BB Wrist Curls 30kg 3x15 21's 30kg 3x21 good session, considering I'm still feeling a bit ill and had only just finished work so hadnt had much food also had a weigh in, 11 days into PCT and I've only dropped 1lb down to 13st9lbs strength is still the same, if not better
