                        ****ing terrible session today, I woke up this morning feeling  a bit sick, didn't really think much of it, took my pills etc etc....started the walk to the gym then it hit me, got there and I could barely move, training partner told me to go home, but some training is better then no training

                          as you said mate , some is better than nothing...i am doing a workout right now and feeling abit weaker than usual , just finished BB curl , now on to deads.
