AWG Haven't done squats in 11 months, so next week will no doubt be a recipe for disaster...ah well, should be good to be doing them again, as they were my favourite exercise Student...Therefore any club that I go to lol, Top comes off every time I go out, usually when the Baywatch Theme comes on...it's student law I stopped doing shoulder presses about 5 months ago as I found that it affected my bench to much, so decided to sacrifice one for the other I've found that my shoulders hav improved significantly since I dropped them from my routine so it will stay that way for a while Ah ha, that does beg the question, what the hell are you doing in clubs which are playing the Baywatch theme tune? hahaha Yeah squats are awesome for putting on some mass as well. Soon build strength back up too. Re shoulder presses, did you just find that your shoulders where still sore when you came to train chest? I do mine on Monday and then chest on thurs so I'm fully recovered. But I can see what you mean, and if it works for ya mate, you may as well stick to it.

Didn't you recently finish a cycle mate? What is the general rule for how long you should wait? Good luck with it all. Do you think that the cycles will become addictive?

Hi there Brilliant Log, been looking at my first cycle of S-Drol / Nolva for a while, and after reading this, going to go for it now. My only concern is that i am currently in Afghanistan in the forces, although i get plenty time to do training, i am pretty limited to my nutrition plan as we are centrually feed, but quite well. my only doubt at this point is what is the difference between Nolva and Clomid and ofcorse where to get these products as they are all over the web and i have no idea which are the real mccoys and which are duds. again, great help, cheers, john
