Thanks man. I don't know the exact scientifc differences between the two TBH, but I am sure that there is an article explaining it on MT....both are as good as each other as far as I am aware though Don't order anything of the web as your likely to get scammed, wait untill you finish your tour, I'm sure you'll be able to find a guy in a gym over here to source it for you. keep safe

You pick it all up today then? When you planning on starting?
The streets are still, the final struggle's ended;Flushed with the fight we proudly hail the dawn!See, over all the streets the fascist banners waving,Triumphant standards of our race reborn!

Legs today, fun times Squats 60kg 2x10 80kg 1x8 100kg 1x5 Leg Press 120kg 3x21 160kg 1x10 Single Leg Press (left) 25kg 3x15 *suppersetted with* Leg Extensions 10kg 1x10 20kg 2x15 Hamstring Curls 32.5kg 1x12 32.5kg 3x10 Good Mornings 30kg 3x10 Calf Raises 120kg 3x30 120kg 1x10 surprised how easy the squats felt considering it has been over a year since I last did them...will defintly hit them with more sets and reps next week, just easing myself back into them for now Picked up my gear yesterday, 2 10ml Vials of Test-C along with 1000mg of Clomid for PCT. Will hopefully get some Nolva for Gyno issue, other wise I'm almost good to go, just got to go to the needle exchange tomorrow to get needles (obvioulsy) and a sharps bin. Potentially start on Monday, or Thursday...or next monday, yet to decide also took a weigh in today 13st10lbs, with a bit more fat than is desirable, will be doing some cardio throughout cycle to minimise fat gain

Nice one on the squats mate. Looks like you'll soon be increasing those numbers then! Prob be worth getting your self some straps though for when you start going heavy - it was a knee prob you said you'd had wasn't it? -

Went to the gym today, trained my abs and rolled on the matts with my mate Had 8 fights, lost all of them. 6 of them ended after roughly 30 seconds, 1 after about 1 minute and one after 3 mins. only the 3 minute one was close, the rest were incredibly one sided....defintly need to work on my cardio, I gassed after the 3rd fight Crunches 3x50 *supersetted with* Dip Knee Raises 3x10 also went to the needle exchange after the session...turns out it's closed on the weekend so will be going monday morning

now than mate, good luck with the cycle. just reading through some of your training, and on shoulders day, you only do raises, no pressing? is there a reason for this such as injury? pressing is a much better mass builder than lat or forward raises

Might start incorporating them again soon enough, has been 4 months since I last done them and i think that my shoulders have progressed well since then

I dont really do flat BB bench anymore, just once a month, the rest of the time i use db's, chest grows well like that. The lack of shoulder press will hold the shoulders back though, worth trying a few different moves, such as DB press and putting it back in gradually. definately avoid BB pressing, particularly behind the neck. maybe do some light rc work as well
