i remember after my first judo session my core muscles felt like they had been scrubbed with a rasp ! enjoy the pain !

LOL.....but it's not good pain like Leg DOMS...it's horrible I want to die pain.....didnt have DOMS with it though suprisingly, guess I'll have to work harder next week. Back today, got a New PB which was good. Deadlifts 140kg 2x1 150kg 1x1 Lat Pulldown 70kg 4x5 65kg 1x6 Close Grip Pulldown 65kg 5x6 Seated Row 55kg 5x5 Tricep Pulldown 50kg 1x12 60kg 1x6 50kg 1x6 50kg 1x6 60kg 1x4 Skullcrushers 30kg 3x5 Close Grip Bench 30kg 3x5 New Deadlift PB made me happy....other then that it was fairly bland

Went to my old gym today with my Dad who has recently become a member there and put him through his paces. Lateral Raises 10kg 4x5 9kg 1x5 DB Shoulder Press 18kg 1x7 20kg 4x5 Shrugs 50kg 1x12 100kg 3x6 Smith Squat 80kg 1x10 100kg 1x5 Leg Press 80kg 1x15 120kg 3x10 Single Leg Press 45kg 3x7 Hamstring Curls 50kg 1x10 40kg 2x10 25kg 1x10 Smith Squat was crap for obvious reasons, other then taht it was OK. Weighed in on the scales at 13'1''....although they are not the same scales as a usually use so I'll have a proper weigh in this monday

Pec Dec 50kg 5x7 Smith Bench 60kg 1x5 70kg 5x5 Decline Bench 60kg 3x5 Incline 40kg 5x5 Hammer Curls 40ibs 1x6 40ibs 1x5 Bicep Curls 40ibs 1x5 35ibs 1x5 Preacher Curls (Drop Set) 40kg 1x6 35kg 1x5 30kg 1x7 25kg 1x5 All weights will be increased next week, especially on Incline Bench,could easily add another 10-15kg IMO...but I guess that we'll find out next week

Didnt go to the gym on Friday due to work commitments, but I'll make up for it this week. Bench Press 70kg 4x4 60kg 1x7 Decline Bench 65kg 5x5 Incline Bench 50kg 1x5 40kg 3x5 Pec Dec 45kg 5x7 Hammer Curls 40ibs 3x5 Bicep Curls 40ibs 1x5 35ibs 2x5 Preacher Curls (Drop Set) 40kg 1x5 35kg 1x5 30kg 1x5 25kg 1x5 20kg 1x5 Massive pump in my arms today....which was nice. also weighed myself 12'13'' so dropped 1pound,I attribute this to me having run out of mass gainer and I haven't really upped my food content to accomodate this....this will be fixed over the coming weeks though

Final Session at the gym today before I leave for Univeristy on Friday...quite sad to be leaving it TBH as most of the people there are awesome...be back next summer though. Sorry the replys a bit late....only had my first Training session today after 5 days straight of drinking...not good :( yeah the Uni has a gym, it's a bit ****e though....gonna find a new one when it's conveinent....got loads of leaflets and there is 1 relativly hardcore sounding one bout 7 mins walk away. anyway....today was a suprisingly decent session...It also felt pretty good to be (nearly) the biggest guy there....and watching the Uni Bicep boys is funny as hell. Seated Row 40kg 5x5 Lat Pulldown 70kg 2x5 65kg 3x5 Single Arm Row 30kg 5x5 Tricep Pulldowns 50kg 1x10 50kg 4x6 Skullcrusher 30kg 3x5 Close Grip Bench 30kg 3x5 Dips 3x5 Decent enough considering my diet has consisted of Drink for the past 5 days...back on proper diet next week

Didn't go to the Gym today, instead I went to the Muay Thai trial session...pretty good and will definlty be giving it a go for a few weeks at least. Jiu Jitsu on Sunday aswell

jiu Jitsu today for 2 hours....30 mins of conditioning to start of the session...It totally highlighted my lack of CV Fitness as I was knackerd after the first 10 mins. I hope that will improve with time

First proper training session in my Uni gym....it really doesn't compare to Healthrooms :( Smith Bench Press 60kg 1x10 70kg 5x5 Pec Dec 45kg 1x8 45kg 4x7 DB Fly 12kg 3x5 Hammer Curls 18kg 3x5 Bicep Curls 18kg 3x5 Also did my second Muay Thai session in the evening,....I really shouldnt have gone to the gym earlier in the day cause I was bloody knackerd.....great fun though

Decided to scrap Jiu Jitsu and just do Muay Thai instead...had another session yesterday and it went ok apart from getting pissed of with myself near the begining cause I couldnt get a kick right, but sorted it out eventually. Going to the gym today as I've got nothing else on Interesting fact....our Muay Thai instructor is also Paul Daley's instructor

Shoulders and Legs today for the first time in 3 weeks.....and it went suprisingly well all things considerd. Lateral Raises 10kg 5x5 DB Shoulder Press 20kg 1x5 18kg 1x5 20kg 1x5 18kg 1x5 20kg 1x5 Smith Shrugs 60kg 1x10 80kg 2x5 Leg Press 50kg 1x20 (warm up) 100kg 1x15 140kg 3x10 Hamstring Curls 40kg 3x10 Calf Raises (Smith Machine) 60kg 3x20 Only thing to note is that Smith Machines aren't very good for Shrugs, guess I'll have to use DB instead next time. Muay Thai tomorrow and I very much look foreward to it

Muay Thai was cancelled on monday due to the Freshers Ball :( but It's back on this evening which is good. Chest and Bi's yesterday Pec Dec 50kg 5x6 Smith Press 60kg 1x10 70kg 5x5 Hammer Curls 18kg 3x5 Bicep Curls 18kg 3x5 This session took 40 mins cause the gym was so busy, really need to find a time when the gym is actually dead so I can get a good session in for once

Did Muay Thai on Monday, 40mins of conditioning/streching to begin with and woke up this morning with the most killer DOMS in my Calfs...not cool Today had a **** session in the gym, went at 9:00pm cause I assumed that no-one would be there so I could get everything done....turns out every man and his dog is there so I was unable to do my planned workout so just cobled together a shoulder workout with some hams thrown in...it's **** like this that ****ed up my chances of winning the shape up. Muay Thai again tomorrow.....should be painfull/tiring/insert other description

Had to sit out of Muay Thai on wednesday due to an ankle injury....initially thought it was DOMS but was told it may be my achiles tendon so was told to rest....just did punching drills instead. Chest and Biceps today Bicep Curl 18kg 3x5 Hammer Curl 18kg 3x5 Smith Press 60kg 1x10 70kg 4x5 60kg 1x7 Pec Dec 50kg 2x5 50kg 1x3, 40kg 1x5 30kg 1x5 20kg 1x6 10kg 1x10 Chest Press 40kg 3x5 25kg 1x10

Yo man, hows it all goin? did some weights today which is a nice change from cv work! got some good pumps in the old biceps and the chest pumps werent too bad either. diests been pretty good as well. Hows the muay thai or however you spel it? ou sparing with anyone? enjoy carnage?
