    LOL.....but it's not good pain like Leg DOMS...it's horrible I want to die pain.....didnt have DOMS with it though suprisingly, guess I'll have to work harder next week.

      Smith Squat was crap for obvious reasons, other then taht it was OK.

      Weighed in on the scales at 13'1''....although they are not the same scales as a usually use so I'll have a proper weigh in this monday

                  Sorry the replys a bit late....only had my first Training session today after 5 days straight of drinking...not good :(

                  yeah the Uni has a gym, it's a bit ****e though....gonna find a new one when it's conveinent....got loads of leaflets and there is 1 relativly hardcore sounding one bout 7 mins walk away.

                  anyway....today was a suprisingly decent session...It also felt pretty good to be (nearly) the biggest guy there....and watching the Uni Bicep boys is funny as hell.

                    Didn't go to the Gym today, instead I went to the Muay Thai trial session...pretty good and will definlty be giving it a go for a few weeks at least.

                      jiu Jitsu today for 2 hours....30 mins of conditioning to start of the session...It totally highlighted my lack of CV Fitness as I was knackerd after the first 10 mins.

                          Decided to scrap Jiu Jitsu and just do Muay Thai instead...had another session yesterday and it went ok apart from getting pissed of with myself near the begining cause I couldnt get a kick right, but sorted it out eventually.

                          Going to the gym today as I've got nothing else on

                          Interesting fact....our Muay Thai instructor is also Paul Daley's instructor

                                    Did Muay Thai on Monday, 40mins of conditioning/streching to begin with and woke up this morning with the most killer DOMS in my Calfs...not cool

                                    Today had a **** session in the gym, went at 9:00pm cause I assumed that no-one would be there so I could get everything done....turns out every man and his dog is there so I was unable to do my planned workout so just cobled together a shoulder workout with some hams thrown in...it's **** like this that ****ed up my chances of winning the shape up.

                                    Muay Thai again tomorrow.....should be painfull/tiring/insert other description

                                      Had to sit out of Muay Thai on wednesday due to an ankle injury....initially thought it was DOMS but was told it may be my achiles tendon so was told to rest....just did punching drills instead.

                                        Yo man, hows it all goin? did some weights today which is a nice change from cv work! got some good pumps in the old biceps and the chest pumps werent too bad either. diests been pretty good as well.
