        i cant imagine waking up with a hangover and going gym! it would take some serious motivation for me to get out of bed after a big one man so big respect for that!

          I had seminar classes to attend as well Mark....felt absolutely rotten

          Smith Machine...cop out I know but I just find it easier, sometimes use Kettlebells aswell

              Had a weigh in as 13st4lbs, meaning that I have lost 6lbs total since the end of my cycle

              admitidly my diet has been pretty poor for the past few days

              I also think that most of the weight lost occured after I stopped taking my Test-Booster

              You always loose a fair bit after coming off using a drug prone to high levels of oestrogen mate. The test booster will have nothing to do with it (in the grand scheme of things they do sweet F-all).

              When you plan to start the test cycle mate.. any info/ideas needed just drop me a email bro.

                                Yeah I do like volume, I don't feel like I've done enough if I only do a couple of reps...even if the weigh is heavier.

                                Might change my routine abit when I start cycle, but untill then I'm kinda just going through the motions

                                 Might do a 'mini cut' from now till December, loose about 6 lbs, then start on the Test, just so I'm a bit leaner for when I start
