Back and Triceps today.....and some excessive drinking tonight Lat Pulldown 82.5kg 1x10 82.5kg 1x7 82.5kg 2x5 82.5kg 1x3 60kg 1x5 45kg 1x6 30kg 1x10 (drop set) Single Arm Rows 35kg 1x8 35kg 3x7 Seated Row 80kg 4x8 T-Bar Row 20kg 1x20 40kg 1x10 60kg 2x6 50kg 1x8 40kg 1x10 20kg 1x20 Skullcrushers 30kg 3x10 *suppersetted with* Close Grip Bench 30kg 3x10 decent session, just biding my time till I go back on cycle again Allthough I had my order of Boditronics Protein and Mass attack arrive so I might do a slight bulk before I go back on, or I might just save the Mass attack for when I start again

Training Legs with a hangover....defintly not one of my better ideas Lateral Raises 10kg 5x10 Front Raises 10kg 5x10 Rear Deltoid Fly 50kg 1x15 60kg 4x10 Shrugs 60kg 1x15 80kg 3x10 60kg 1x10 Single Leg Press (left leg) 25kg 3x10 Leg Press 120kg 1x21 160kg 3x21 Hamstring Curls 32.5kg 4x10 Calf Raises 120kg 3x30 120kg 1x10 felt like I was gonna be sick after the leg press, and still feel sick now the walk back was unbareably painfull, just glad to be sitting down

i cant imagine waking up with a hangover and going gym! it would take some serious motivation for me to get out of bed after a big one man so big respect for that! For shrugs . . . . do u use db or bb? and do u just go up and down? no rolling?

I had seminar classes to attend as well Mark....felt absolutely rotten Smith Machine...cop out I know but I just find it easier, sometimes use Kettlebells aswell Straight up and down, hold for a second at the top and back to the bottom

AWG Had a weigh in as 13st4lbs, meaning that I have lost 6lbs total since the end of my cycle admitidly my diet has been pretty poor for the past few days I also think that most of the weight lost occured after I stopped taking my Test-Booster #319 You always loose a fair bit after coming off using a drug prone to high levels of oestrogen mate. The test booster will have nothing to do with it (in the grand scheme of things they do sweet F-all). When you plan to start the test cycle mate.. any info/ideas needed just drop me a email bro.

Trained chest and biceps tonight, was absolutly ****....arrived at peak time like a dick, so couldn't get on anything...had to make do with what we could grab DB Bench Press 32.5kg 2x8 DB Flys 17.5kg 1x10 22.5kg 3x8 17.5kg 1x10 Chest Press 80kg 1x16 80kg 1x10 80kg 1x6 80kg 1x4 60kg 1x6 40kg 1x7 (dropset) Bench Press 60kg 1x5 70kg 1x5 60kg 1x5 Incline Press 50kg 3x5 Preacher Curls 30kg 1x12 35kg 2x10 Hammer Curl 17.5kg 3x10 *supersetted with* BB Wrist Curls 30kg 2x15 just a generally **** session, won't be making the same mistake again

snake124 are ur weights the two weights added together? or are u pressing 32s each side for db bench press 32kg each dumbell Did 37.5kg last week, just got pissed off with myself this week, gym to busy and it ruined my flow

Legs and Shoulders today,...had a 1-2 seminar and I've got work at 5 so It was more intense then I planned...was sick in the gym toilet afterwards Lateral Raises 10kg 2x10 10kg 3x6 Rear Deltoid Fly 60kg 5x10 Front Raises 10kg 2x12 10kg 3x10 Shrugs 60kg 1x10 80kg 3x10 60kg 1x10 Single Leg Press (left) 25kg 3x12 Leg Press 160kg 3x21 160kg 2x10 Hamstring Curls 32.5kg 5x10 Calf Raises 120kg 3x30 120kg 1x10 could barly walk after this, went straight to the toilet to be sick, then went on the sunbed and made the 20 min walk home just had a cold shower and now going to walk to work (another 10mins) grab some food there good session though

Yeah I do like volume, I don't feel like I've done enough if I only do a couple of reps...even if the weigh is heavier. Might change my routine abit when I start cycle, but untill then I'm kinda just going through the motions Might do a 'mini cut' from now till December, loose about 6 lbs, then start on the Test, just so I'm a bit leaner for when I start

Took a little longer to post up then I thought, finished the gym then had to rush of to meet my dad, then went to a gig then to a mates house for his bday Lat Pulldowns 82.5kg 1x10 82.5kg 3x7 82.5kg 1x4 60kg 1x4 45 1x6 30kg 1x7 Single Arm Rows 35kg 5x8 Seated Row 80kg 4x8 100kg 1x4 T-Bar Row 20kg 1x20 40kg 1x15 60kg 2x7 40kg 1x15 Tricep Cable Extension 50kg 1x15 50kg 1x12 50kg 1x10 Skullcrushers 30kg 3x7 *suppersetted with* Close Grip Bench 30kg 3x10 was a good session, very intense, I'd finish a set then my partner would go, then I'd start again as soon as he finished, very little chit chat Legs and Shoulders today, and I'm nursing a hangover, wonder if it will result in me being sick again?
