You always have a bloody hangover! lol

How is the PCT going then bro? I found that my second week PCT was pretty damn awful i.e having next to no motivation in the gym, and a general feeling of lethargy and just a little down in the dumps! Soon got out of it though, but still, a week was long enough feeling like that!

You gonna keep this progress log on going then mate?
I see you're gonna start a test-e cycle... is that gonna be kick started with an oral or anything?

I myself am going to probably go for a dbol / test cycle in the new year. Possiblt a 12 weeker.

Current big lifts:

Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps
Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps
Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps
Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps

Body weight: 16 stone 4lbs

I only go out once a week...considering I'm a student I'd say thats good going, so I deserve to have a hangover

finished PCT 3 weeks ago mate, can't remember what page it's on but I'm sure I posted a after PCT review

found PCT ok, depressing seeing some of the size (even though it was water) dissapear but it was ok enough

just kinda going through the motions in regards to my diet and training, just doing enough to maintain the size and strength I have currently, going to start a Test-E cycle at the begining of December hopefully, so when that starts I'll realy push myself

Yeah that's not bad for a student TBF!

I know exactly what you mean with regard to going through the motions.... this is how I felt through PCT, but that is all you can do really, lift as near to when you where on cycle.

I would imagine a Test cycle would yeild a much better strength and mass gain, and will just be good to be "on" for like 10 - 12 weeks!

Are you gonna kickstart it with an oral? just curious as I am starting a dbol and test cycle in around Jan / Feb.

Will you be running a log for your cycle mate?

Nah just gonna run Test on it's own...don't wanna over complicate things.

I'll just be using this Journal, can't be botherd with starting a new one again...this is already my third in just over 2 years, so I'm determined to keep it going

Fair enough mate.... even on it's own, you should get some great results.
I'm still debating on running on a log.... I will prob do as you are and keep my current one going.

Might as well keep it all in one, that way people (if they wish) can track your progress from the very begining.

Didn't go to Muay Thai this evening as I purchased COD4.2 so will be staying in this evening (missed back to back socials...I'll get beasted when I return lol) to complete the campaign....just got to finish my uni work first

Back and Triceps tomorrow....gonna be a heavy session

Squats!! Nice one mate,  was wondering where they were LOL.

So which night club let you dance with your shirt off then? it's gotta be done though, I'm liking ya style. No point training if you cant show it off on a random night out! I'm not ashamed to say that I have done it on more than a few occasions haha.

So how come you dont have any shoulder presses in your session then dude?

Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps
Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps

Re: RE: One Year Anniversary-AWG's Journal - 21 November 2009 12:22 ( #360 )
Haven't done squats in 11 months, so next week will no doubt be a recipe for disaster...ah well, should be good to be doing them again, as they were my favourite exercise

Student...Therefore any club that I go to lol, Top comes off every time I go out, usually when the Baywatch Theme comes on...it's student law

I stopped doing shoulder presses about 5 months ago as I found that it affected my bench to much, so decided to sacrifice one for the other

I've found that my shoulders hav improved significantly since I dropped them from my routine so it will stay that way for a while
