Cable Crossover/Fly

DB Flys
20kg 3x6 (deep slow and controlled)

Chest Press
80kg 3x10

annoyed I couldn't do Decline Press but the Smith was taken all session and I couldn't be doing with waiting

pleased with the PB, allthough it was pretty sloppy, mainly due to triceps rather the chest...will see what happens when I go for it again next week

also had a weight in 15st2lbs!!!
