Abs Belt 26 January 2012 17:58 (permalink)
I've seen Abs Belt on the internet and would wonder if the Abs Belt will work to tone up body/muscle, I go to the Gym everyday to do the weights but want to continue to tone my body/muscle in the house while watching TV.

Would the Abs Belt help to create a six pack if I've a bit of belly fat?

What is the best Abs Belt at the moment?

If you mean one of those electrical stimulator things, errr general consensus is they are a waste of time and space.

If I use it on my arm muscle, will it not help to tone/tense it up?

              good answer

And saying 'LOL @ lazy people' is a better answer? At least I actually gave an answer, albeit direct. And I didn't really see the need to insult the OP like you did, but I'm sorry I'll try to do better next time.

                  Simple answer is NO
The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion.
