Accustomed to Ephedrine

Hey all! Hope everyone is well : ) had a quick question in regards to my use of Ephedrine. I usually take Ephedrine along with Caffeine, however, lately, I've been noticing the effects and the buzzing sensation which makes me go crazy during my workouts (much needed on those days your head isn't 'in it') isn't really working for me anymore - and I'm almost certain that upping the dosage isn't the sensible thing to do. I'm assuming I just need to take a break from it - and maybe use a NOS product or some kind of replacement instead. My question however, is this, is it just the fact my body is becoming accustomed to my eph use that i'm not feeling the effects like i once used to? I know my doseage currently is quiet high, at around 40mg, and i dont want to do myself any harm. So any info or tips. p.s is there any solution or product that will flush my system out over a period of time? Just curious, as ive heard talk of this, and wasn't sure if it was a load of Bull or not.

40mg isnt very high tbh, most eph is sold in 30mg tabs and alot of people including me have a couple you do get used to hte effects of eph,if they actually wear off is debatable imo its more likely that you just get used to feeling that way so it becomes the norm

I would be cycling it myself, but wouldn't be using it regularly. Stimulants aren't ideal for BP so would only use it sparingly. I find a few decent tracks and some visualisation normally get me in the zone. Expect it is half a placebo effect if you are anything like me when it comes to these things.
