Aches on P-Mag
28 January 2012 23:26
( permalink)
Started getting aches in my upper body today, just upped to 100mg from 75mg yesterday. It kinda feels similar to DOMS but worse.....its mainly in my biceps and the brachialis muscle on the inside of my elbow joint (really aches when i stretch my arms out straight), but also my shoulders, traps etc ache abit too. Also my biceps feel really hard, trained them with back yesterday but started getting these pains this afternoon. Anyone experienced this before? Would taurine do anything or is that mainly for back pumps?

Not convinced taurine is the answer for these symptoms. You been pushing heavier weights or overdoing it more? You need to watch the elbows as you aggrevate these and most lifts are out. I would be carefull over all pull and bicep movements from what you have said - personally I find an ez-bar murders my elbows after a couple of weeks and no longer can use one for example. I suspect you are going to need to wait and see but I am not coninved this is a side effect and not something you have done.....

I had a few aches in my upper torso the first few days i started the cycle and then they went away so didnt put it down to anything. Its not as bad today which is a relief, not sure it is anything to do with the p-mag but then i didnt overtrain on rows, bicep curls etc friday afternoon and was lifting the weights i normally do, my biceps have been really full & hard since friday tho? Got chest tomorrow so will see how that goes as bench press should be a good marker for any strength increase.

If you are training THT and pushing hard then I can see some extra aches and discomfort, but on what you are taking recovery should be improved!!!! I am on 6 Bromo and Fadogia coupled with Omega3 and Milk thistle and I could train every Day the recovery rate is astounding. I wonder if the gear you have is not right for you personally. Anyone?.

Maybe P-mag just doesnt agree with me as dont seem to be getting the said benefits from it & its meant to kick in pretty quickly isnt it whereas H-drol etc take a few weeks to notice gains. Will run the full cycle & pct and see what the end results are...cant do much more, hopefully will see some improvement soon

jw390898 You need to watch the elbows as you aggrevate these and most lifts are out. Had to quit working out once for over a month, because of my elbow. So, better watch out TJ.

Muscles feeling hard and 'full' on cycle is one of the perks and normal. It is normally most noticeable in biceps and pecs and is an indication of the increased glycogen storage which occurs on cycle and what also as well as feeling like you are pumped also gives a fuller look too.

Ok, not bothered about them feeling full & hard but thought it might be linked to sore inner elbows?....my shoulders, neck & upper back ache constantly but its more of a minor inconvenience than anything.

Not suggesting it is the case but there is a tendancy to over analyze everything when 'on' or one problem arises I would asy to tough it assuming it gets no worse and see whats what post cycle.

I did wonder if its a duff batch or if i just dont respond to it as havent noticed much in the way of strength increases either...upped the dose to 100mg on day 13 so will have to see how it goes. What dose are you running your cycle at and what pct/support supps do you have lined up?

for pct i have clomid 10 tabs, daa mixed with some other ingredients , ATD (in case of gyno) thats all i think ofcourse some creatine (green mag), and something new : anabeta (some friends noticed big aptite increase on it) anyway i'll be glad for more opinions about p-mag from hero, a lot of floks bought it from blowoutphs so should be more rews soon forgot: off course i have all liver protects ( medicine stuff ), flax and omge 3 oils, a lot of magnesium and zincs, good multivitamin, msm for joints, massive bcaa, gainers, proteins

Yeah ive been using 10g BCAA during workout, omega 3, multivit, green tea extract and CEL cycle assist. Got Nolva for PCT and gonna buy some DAA, will also go back onto creatine during PCT & maybe invest in a pre-workout formula like Jack3d or similar. See how you respond to 75mg and up to 100mg if need be. Heard about this PES Anabeta, it mainly increases hunger yeah so good for a bulk.
