Why not try this

weeks 1 - 10

Test 500mg e5d
Eq 500mg a week e5d (1000mg frontload )
Prop 1ml eod for 5 weeks

Then at week 10 decide what to carry on with, no point planning on upping dose, or thinking beyond a certain time

When gains stop, up food for couple weeks if that doesnt work then try uping the dose for the further 10 weeks

However you may not feel like carrying on
