Advice on first cycle

Hi I've done some research for what i want from my cycle. And this is what I'm thinking any input is appreciated but please remember that this is the first time for me so if you see something i dont or definetly need please tell me.
 
Dragon nutrition M1t
Dragon nutrition Pro-One
Dragon nutrition Pro-atd as a PCT
Milk thistle or Liv 52 for Liver support
Im at a loss for kidney support a couple of people say drinking more than the recommended water is more than enough but i not sure.
Also i have no "contacts or sources" so any recommendations for products should be for easy attainable products
Im thinking this stack will last for approximately 4 - 6 weeks then the PCT straight after.
 

I'm not a fan of orals as they effect your liver, milk thistle has no proven help on the liver, eating clean and lifestyle is more important, don't really need kidney support just dont get dehydrated, go for it but I'd go with 500mg test e for 12 weeks and a decent pct instead.

Thanks for the response what test e would you recommend again it would have to be an over the counter product. I can see the benefit's of this and a pct. Any input is appreciated.

Thanks for the advice. I think i'm going to stick to the stack i listed and do some research on what you have suggested for next time. With regards to liver support any recommendations?

all these liver supports are bollox, eat clean and no alcohol and you will be fine

Test E (testosterone attached to the enanthate ester) is an injectible AAS and you're not going to be able to get it OTC unless you live in Egypt or something.
 
I wouldn't suggest any of the compounds in your post as a single cycle, let alone stacking M1T and Pro One.
 
For a first cycle, Hdrol, Epi or Pmag clones are much better options.
Ideally you want to get hold of a serm for PCT (nolva or clomid). Again these arne't availale OTC.
 
Failing that, something like Reversitol stacked with a testbooster like testforce or hcgenerate, is a nice option for a good OTC PCT stack.

Wouldnt use M1T for first cycle, go H-Drol/Halo or P-Mag.

Right this is what im thinking now:
Dragon nutrition Pro-Halo on a 6 week course at 75mg for the first three weeks then 100mg for the last three weeks
Liv 52 for liver support or would liver juce or oil be better?
Than run Pro-atd as a PCT??????
