Advice on post workout protein

Hi Guys, Started taking Hurrican XS by myprotein as a pre ad post workout supp. It only contains 29g of whey, now regardless of weight and size surely for someone trying to pack on mass you should be getting 40g of whey post workout? Should I be taking some whey with Hurricane?

Why is 40g a magic number? Your daily intake is more important as a whole. I normally have a shake, then have a large meal about 30 to 45 mins straight after.
I love the smell of steak in the morning...

You could increase the serving size of the hurricane, how many scoops are you having?

You could also mix it with milk instead of water to increase the protein and other nutrients. Personally I drink my protein shake before I go to the gym and then eat a normal meal when I get home. As the lone wolf said, your daily intake as a whole is more important than the individual bits here and there.
