Can someone please point me some good reading material about protein supplements.
I have Crohns and am struggling to get enough protein in my diet, been to my specialist today and been recommended to take a protein supplement to boost my intake. The reason for this is malabsorption problems and I struggle with red meat and generally suffer if I eat too many large meals.
I know absolutely nothing about them whatsoever and I want to learn before I try it.
