Advise on my 2nd Cycle please

Did my 1st cycle a year ago of 250mg a week of Iraninan Test Enth for 10 weeks front loaded with 30mg of dbol for weeks 1-4, PCT Nolva 20mg ed weeks 1 & 2, 10 mg ed week 3&4 - Not sure if this was a good pct, but ill all good anyway!
 
Cycle 2!!
 
week 1 - 10
 500mg Test Entha - 250mg Mon, 250mg Thursday
 
week 3 - 8
200mg of Deca - Mon,
 
Can i mix then test and dec in one barrel on a monday ?
what is the best PCT for this cycle?
 
and advise or recommendations appreciated before i put my order in.

out of interest why are you bring deca in on week 3? also i understand why your stopping the deca 2 weeks short of the test but 8 weeks for me is not long enough to get the most out of deca. just my thoughts mate.

i thought i would be better to run test for 2 weeks before and after the deca, is it better to drop it in at week 2, any thoughts?

I'd just run test at 500mg EW for 10-12 wks mate. No need for the deca at this stage IMO.

You can of course use dbol for wks1-4 like last time.

Jnr2006, why would you suggest that ? am i likely to grow just as much with out the deca, i did do the dbol last time, but not so keen on doing it again as it did bloat me out a abit even at 30mg for 4 weeks

Weeks 1 to 11 200mg Deca pw
Weeks 1 to 3 - 30mg Tbol ed

Well mate your doubling your Test dosage from last cycle so of course you'll grow well once you training and diet are in order.
You have plenty of time to try deca in future cycles.
No need for the dbol if you don't want it.

Weeks 1 to 12 - 500mg Test E pw
Weeks 1 to 11 200mg Deca pw
Weeks 1 to 3 - 30mg Tbol ed

Bit of an overkill for a 2nd course IMo seeing as his 1st was 250mg EW.
 
Also 30mg Tbol will not do much IME

Apologies, orginally wrote 30mg of Dbol but then changed to Tbol and forgot to change the dose to 60mg pd - well spotted!

Agreed, 500mg pw of Test E would be plenty if your first cycle was only 250mg. But I also think adding 200mg of Deca would be an excellent cycle...! Its a judgement call only he can make..

Yes, you can mix the Deca and test in the same barrell.

PCT should commence 2 weeks after last jab and should be something along the lines of:

Day1 - 60mg Nolva
Day 2 to 11 - 40mg pd Nolva
Day 12 to 21 - 20mg pd Nolva

Maybe include Clomid at 50mg pd thorughout too.

right i think  im gona go with

Weeks 1 to 12 - 500mg Test E pw
Weeks 1 to 11 200mg Deca pw

really want to get my pct right too is it best to do Clomid as well as Nolva ?

Some would argue Clomid works in the same way as Nolva so there is no point in taking both.. I usually use both just to be on the safe side but to be fair Nolva alone should do the job.. My general rule of thumb is to include HCG on cycles over 1g per week or longer than 12 weeks..
