NDS21 800kg total @ 82.5kg/90kg would be sweet. Something like 330, 150kg, 320. I'll be there or there abouts on the sq and dl just crack on with bench. Well seen as i deadlifted 310 last night gonna bump up the deadlift aim...340kgish. Oh, and break Ed Coans 330 @82.5kg junior WR.

carry on with jogging (or any cardio) on a regular basis. get to bench pressing 60kgx8x8x8 (now at 50kgx8x8x8) and then change to a strength based routine.

I total about 875kg when I lift at 82's, I did 930kg at 90kg last week so I'm hoping without having to make weight I can hit that target at 100kg around march/april. I lost about 20/30kg out of my squat because I was high with 360kg at last week's show, I then had to take a smaller jump to 370kg on my 3rd just to make sure I bloody got it.

Some heafty goals there fella, 310 is up there with the top 82.5kg fellas in this country (Jenkins, Hurley when he is fit again etc), and anyone who can claim one of eddies records fair play to them. Have you competed yet?

Burns Gym in Dumfries but I'm pretty sure Simon Morton is from your neck of woods. I've seen him training in Bodytek when I used to live there. One strong mofo! There must be somewhere in cumbria?
