Tuna Breakfast - pure protein 1 x can tuna, 2 x shallots, 1 x egg, 5g L-Glutamine: Mix it all up, dry fry, empty into a mug for professional finish  and tip onto plate.

Saturday 4th February: Weekly Weigh-In Shedloads of cardio intervals this week and diet has been pretty strict - scales still heading the right way...more of the same this week. Start 9th Jan: 131kgs 20st 9lbs Saturday 4th Feb: 121kgs 19st 1lb

Couple of the past few days food pics... Salmon, Broccoli & Cottage Cheese for post training meal Ham & Poached Eggs Breakfast...I would currently kill for two thick slices of toast with a thick spread of Marmite on both...

Ha ha - "food porn"...thats well good. I don't mind cottage cheese but have it mainly because of the casein benefits. I have it so often that I just neck it rather than eat and enjoy it. The beer and curry have f#cked me up good and proper today and I feel like a right blob. Big interval sessions and much reduced calories for a couple of days are required to get me back on track!

More Food Porn.... Back on track this week after last weekend’s curry & beer fest. 4 good weights sessions and intervals on the spin bike, so just hoping that I haven't pushed the needle on the scales northwards. Couple more food pics... Two home-made lean mince burgers with low-fat cottage cheese filling and spinach: and lean mince and scrambled eggs with sweet potato and broccoli....this was well good:

Weekly Weigh-In Saturday 18th February Lost 1.9lbs this week which after last weekends calorie fest, I'll happily take. Total weight dropped so far 26lbs (1st 12lbs) January 9th SUC start : 131kgs 20st 8lbs Saturday 18th Feb - 118.8kgs 18st 10lbs

Have started to introduce a few more Carbs into the diet as the weights sessions started to feel very flat. So in comes the brown rice, sweet potato and organic oats and within a couple of days I felt stronger in the gym. Doing about 120-130g a day of Carbs, so not a huge amount, but it feels that way after going to almost zero carbs for the past few weeks. Pic of post 'Legs Day' nom below: Salmon, Brown Rice & Sprouts Thought I'd share this one from last week, just 'cos the steak and asparagus wrapped in spanish Serrano Ham was top-notch good

Weekly Weigh-In : Saturday 25th February 2012 Introduced more carbs this week and have been well strict on diet & training in advance of my 3 days holiday next week. Have lost 4lbs this week so well happy. Disaster has truck though as the pedal on my Spin Bike has snapped off so will need to get that fixed asap to continue the early morning cardio. Total weight lost so far 14kgs = 2st 3lbs Start weight January 9th - 20st 9lb (131kgs) Weight today 25th February : 18st 6lbs (117kgs)

JimRat - thanks for the encouragement. Introducing the carbs seems to have worked wonders, I'm hoping that the 120g a day is enough to feed the muscle whilst not kick-starting high insulin activity which lays down the fat. Had a low-carb day today after a couple of cup cakes yesterday Sea-Bass and 4 egg Omlette with Spring Cabbage
