Due to the large number of competitors at this year's UKBFF British Finals this weekend please be aware that only competitors, officials and staff will be allowed backstage. Thanks.

Already seen this on the rules.
can competitors not due onstage go backstage to help friends get ready?
also, do you know if there are any weights etc provided backstage for pump up Mike? bit of a treck from the hotel with a set of BD's when dehydrated etc!

Daz,
As far as I'm aware nobody is supplying any dumbbells/weights back stage at this years' finals. I would advise catering for yourself as far as pumping up goes.

If its anything like last year BRING YOUR OWN. That said, I did borrow some bands etc to help pump off from those there (and they borrowed my weights) but I'd hate to get so far and not have kit to hand!
