      Quick update for yesterdays session, was a quick shoulders workout, barely ever isolate them but everything else was aching..
       
      Strict Push Press
       
      60kg for 5
      50kg for 8
       
      Clean & Jerk
       
      70kg for 3
       
      Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
       
      80kg for 8
      100kg for 4
      80kg for 8
      60kg for 12
       
      DB Single Front Raise
       
      12kg for 10 x 3
       
      DB Lateral Raise
       
      12kg for 8 x 3, drop set with 6kg to failure
       
      Finished with some light seated dumbell presses for like 20 reps..
       
       
      Got a basketball game later, first in over a year!! Hopefully it'll go alright

        Legs session today, went pretty well, day 1 of tauro-test and bullk stack. Had a blaze capsule pre-workout that came free with the stack. Trained 11-1 which is quite early for me! Bare in mind I played a basketball game last night for the first time in over a year, played alright, got a few points. Was knackered tho.
         
        5 mins on the bike
         
        OHSquats to warm up 2x8 with just the bar
         
        Back Squats - I decided to go higher reps today
         
        60kg - 14 reps, 20 reps, 20 reps
        100kg - 4 reps, dropset with 60kg for 12 reps
         
        I was knackered after this!
         
        Isolationg hamstring curl machine
         
        30kg - 10 reps each leg supersetted with 10 SLDL with just the bar for a nice stretch.
        Did that 3 times. Hams were feeling it.
         
        5 inch Step Ups with 60kg
        10 on each leg, supersetted with 10 high box jumps.
        Did that twice. Finished off by jumping over the box, did 2x6 on this.
         
        Did a little ab circuit 3 times all 20 reps for each exercise
         
        Ab Machine Crunches - not sure what weight
        Crunches
        Knee Raisers
        Oblique machine
         
        Then did some basic pad work with a mate, just for a few minutes, then finished with an attempted 3 minute plank! I got 2 and then had a rest and finished but I'd like to be able to do it.

            How you find the high rep squats? I normally do them after heavy sets, feel fcucked afterwards aswell :S

                      Cheers mate, It's a few months old tho! I'll have to get a new pic up, I intended to take one today but I put my phone in the valuables after my session, I personally think I'm in the best condition I've been, not a great 6 pack but I'm easily the biggest I've been, seeing new little muscles pop up, rear delts etc, traps, tris n bis looking better...                       Not sure if I noted it down but I've started Tauro-test and bullk together as a stack, 6 TT capsules a day and 2 bullk capsules... Currently day 3, obv difficult to comment yet, suppose to notice it after a couple of weeks... The new pre-workout I've been making is proving very good though, looking very pumped in the gym, even after the pull ups...
                       
                      Right that's my week holiday over, back at work tomorrow... It was great to train so much, only have 1 day rest, hopefully I'll get a new job sometime soon and find something which is better more sociable hours, otherwise it's training twice a week again..

                        Benster, also diet mate, it's abit hit and miss... This week i've been out to eat alot, indian twice, all you can eat, mixed grills, steaks etc, celebrating my birthday in style really... But like today I've had
                         
                        2 slice wholemeal toast, half a can of beans
                        400ml milk with 2 scoops protein, 2 scoops oats and 1 tsp peanut butter
                        1 slice wholemeal bread with peanut butter and jam
                        pre workout drink
                        workout - dextrose
                        pwo shake, 2 scoops whey n water
                        right now I'm staring at a chicken n pepper sandwhich but I'm not feeling hungry... later I dunno what I'll have, probably like sweet potatoe mash and some chicken or cod or basa or something... honestly don't know... then later I'll have a cnp flapjack and a protein milkshake before bed...
                         
                        I do eat chocolate etc if it's there, same as I'll have a kebab after town but in a few months I'll start focusing on diet more n get the abs showing... I'm gonna see about getting a portfolio done and gettin it sent around to different modelling agency's try and do some fitness modeling..

                            That might of been on the first page? I'm around 13.5 stone now, which is around 85kg I think... Carrying quite abit of fat though, so I'd imagine if I was to cut now I could lose 5kg

                                  Was good to deadlift again, not done those in a few months now. My lower back's throbbin today tho, I need to stay at 100kg and keep my form right instead of moving the weight up and arching my back. 
                                   
                                  I've ordered some olympic rings which I missed delivery on today so they should be here tomorrow. Doing an arms session on friday so I plan to do pull ups, inverted rows, dips and give muscle ups a go. 
                                   
                                  Today's session was upper body push, so shoulders primarily, with abit of chest and tricep work finished off with some pad work and a few rounds on the punch bag.

                                  25kg for 12 supersetted with 12 cg press - 3 sets
                                   
                                  Pad Work - 3 rounds.
                                   
                                  Punchbag circuit - I'm tempted to post a video so you can all see how terrible I'd be in a fight with my slow weak jabs but strangely powerful hooks. 20 seconds fast jabs, 20 seconds slow accurate jabs, 20 seconds going nuts with hooks. - 2 rounds.
                                   
                                  I was done.
                                   
                                  So Arms friday, obviously hitting back, shoulders and chest indirectly.

                                      The last 2 sessions have not been planned properly, did alot of grappling at the end... Won 6 against 1 lad then got thrashed by another lad.

                                      I've now got a nice speckled bruise on my left bicep from grappling and a few others on my legs and other arms.
