I've just started my first cycle on these they're 40mcg and so far have just taken one a day the shaking is slightly annoying, does this subside?

I've not been given too much advice on these except to drink plenty of water is there anything else of importance I need to take into consideration I.e. when training?

Any advice greatly appreciated :)

Yep they are a strong clen but gradually build your dose up over 2 weeks and your tolerance will go up quite quickly , run them for 2 weeks then 2 off then back on
 
Not sure what the max dose is for a female though 
 
Train as normal as far as im aware
