hello i am going to change my routine next week from a 3 day split to a 4 day with the following exercises


Monday - Chest & Triceps
Incline Dumbbell Press        4 sets of 8-10
Flat Bench Press                4 sets of 8-10
Incline dumbbell Flyes         3 sets of 10
Cable crossovers                 3 sets of 10
Dips                                   3 sets of 10
Tricep Push downs              3 sets of 10
dumbell behind head (not sure on proper name) same reps an sets as above

Tuesday - Legs
Squats                                4 Sets of 12, 10 , 8 , 6
Leg Press                           4 Sets of 10
Leg Extensions                   3 Sets of 12
Leg Curls                            3 Sets of 12
Calf Raises                         4 Sets of 12

Thursday - Shoulders
Military Press                     4 Sets of 10
Dumbbell Lateral Raises      3 Sets of 10
Shoulder Lifts On Machine   3 Sets of 10
Shrugs                               3 Sets of 10

Friday - Back & Biceps
Wide Grip Pull Ups              4 Sets of 10
Lat Pull Downs                    4 Sets of 10
Seated Cable Rows             4 Sets of 10
Dead Lifts                           4 Sets of 10
Standing BarBell Curl           3 Sets of 8
Hammer Curls                     3 Sets of 8
Seated Alternate Dumbbell   3 Sets of 10
Curls

Do you think this is ok ?
If you only do what you know you can do- you never do very much.

    Good routine mate.   If I had to be picky I would;

    Drop a tricep exercise or a set on each exercise.
    Same for bi.

    Start with deads as it is my maximum effort. (personal choice here)

    But like I said, good routine.

      hello mate, i will be assisted whilst on this routine so do you think its ok to keep the tricep n bicep exercise as i dont think over training would be a issue?
      and ill go with starting back day with deads instead of wide grip chins , thanks for reviewing it

          Yeah looks good to me mate, would have said to drop bicep and tricep exercise too, but if assisted then will probably be fine.
