Definatly had a negative inpact on my leg muscles. I've lost size and power in terms of cycling (although stamina increases are noticed but thats purely down to the chemical I'd say). I'm only going to keep this up until Saturday then knock it on the head.
I think the cals have been far to low as well as I really have been struggling to eat.
8am 2x Granary Toast.
11am - Chicken Breast (grilled. no skin).
1pm - Granry bread sandwich (chicken with some form of spice and lots of leatuce).
By now its really kicked in and murdered any appetite. Also it appears to keep your bowel movements incredibly regular.
I can then eat again by about 7pm. a meal which consists of:
4-5 small new potatos.
100g extra fine green beans.
chicken and tomato stew type thing.
Lost a lot of fat but a lot of everything else as well! Keeping myself well hydrated though and supplementing with electrolytes, vits and fish oils.
Would be interesting to see how it would work if on an AAS cycle as a cut though.
