Anavar and....

Hey guys, 
 at the moment i am on a keto diet so decided to do an anavar cycle . is Var good enough on its own coz ive read that it shuts down test and some say proviron would go well with it. also is a pct required? any other stacking suggestions?  Thanks a lot 

yes u need to do a proper pct. Var will shut u down like any other gear. No cycle with out test bro. Test is the main compound in all cycles.. Masteron or prov will help u out. But if no test addeed to this cycle. U will probably have a hard time getting it up. (limp dick)

Patternsco ! did u use test equipose or test ethanate. and also did you run nolva with it ?

for Example is this an adequate cycle or am I missing something out?
 
Anavar 40-50mg ED Weeks 1-8 
Test Equipose 250mg per week Weeks 1-8 
Nolvadex 20 mg ED Weeks 10-12

40-50mg ed wont do much. i have been using var up to 80-100mg ed. and was not happy about it at all. var is very mild gear !!

Hey, tbh this is my first cycle, only thing ive used before is clen which aint a steroid anyway so have done plenty of research but still cant get a good idea of a proper cycle. I have got the anavar already so wanted to know what to stack it with whilst cutting. forget the equipose thing misread a thing. so yes, do you think
Anavar 80-100 mg ED Weeks 1-8  
Test  250mg per week Weeks 1-8  
Nolvadex 20 mg ED Weeks 10-12 
is a good enough first cycle? thanks a lot 

id start with 40-50 ed and up if necessary, its your first ever cycle, and plus stacked with the test.
 
test enthanate mate. have to say bud this is my first cycle so im no expert on equipose.
 
im only 2wks in approx to cycle. ive dropped the test e and running var alone now currently at 40mg,, but il up it if necess. i was advised 40-50mg ed with the test though. didnt run nolva with it pal but as pct was advised 40/20/20 or 20/20/20 depending.
 
cycle i was gonna run was:
 
var 1-8 40-50 mg
test e 10-12 500mg (250 x 2 p/wk)
nolva pct 3 weeks 40/20/20
 
what are your goals mate?

at the moment I am dieting (keto diet) and cutting so aiming for something to keep my strength up and help me not loose much muscle whilst on the diet
