Anavite Multi Vits

Hi,
 
Just wondering whos has used this, ok a tad expensive but based on the ingredients seems very good, i started this over the weekend 3 tabs twice a day,
 
And ok bit to much info but my pee is bright yellow and i mean it almost glows in the dark !!!!
 
Anyone had this before i have kept my water intake high and it helps a bit but just guess this is a bit of a side effect
 
 

I believe its the B vitamins that cause this. Nothing to worry about, I don't think.
Haven't heard of this product but it looks quite good alright.

I've used them before and really like them. One of the 2-3 multi's I tend to swap and change between month to month.

Havent really took much notice of Gaspari's multi-vit TBH, as normally such brands charge an arm and a leg for their product, unjust prices. Saying that Gaspari's does look better value than others, 60 day supply for £30, so £15 a month.
 

Nothing to worry about. As said it's the vitamin B. Mine is exactly the same when using a multivit.

good quality supplement mate. I like the fact that it has Beta alanine and carnitine

It's green because of the vitamins that aren't being absorbed by the body.
