And wow, Gareth Gates traps look so big its like he could headbutt someone through a wall. The guy must weigh a solid 260.....all creatine though. 
 When i see pics like this in Hello magazine saying Hot/Buff/Hunk it makes me wonder why i train at all

14 year old girls think that pic is Hot/Buff/Hunk, but real women do not.

haha funny,
Well I know the guy we train at the same gym.
I'm pretty sure he doesn't. He looks a lot smaller off TV if that makes sense.
does he still train at virgin in kirkstall leeds? i used to see hiom there and as i've said before in these threads he looked in decent shape, trained very hard and was always doing things like cleans, deads and heavy squats. he had some decent quads on him too, though he is quite short. as for juicing, well you never know these days.
