What are your thoughts on the carb backloading mate?
The more I read about the better it sounds!
Well done on the training especially the cardio - I did 5 mins on the bike as part of my knee re-hab it felt like 5 years, I was looking for sharp implements it was that bad, think I might give some walking a go once the knee is healed up.
I haven,t read enough to form an opinion yet mate, but I will get my arse into gear and get reading up on it over the weekend hopefully.
Pull session today,
Lat Pulldowns - 80kg 3x12 reps
- 40kg 3x12 reps (supersets)
Deadlift - 60kg 2x10 reps
- 100kg 2x10 reps
- 120kg 3x5 reps (havent deadlifted in a while

)
DB Shrugs - 45kg 3x12 reps
Cable rows - 75kg 3x12 reps
- 35kg 3x12 reps (supersets)
Barbell shrugs - 100kg 3x10 reps
T-Bar rows - 40kg 3x12 reps
BB rows - 60kg 3x12 reps
Done a bit extra volume on my back today as I was feeling gooooood

.............25 minutes on the highest level on the stepper and I was blowing out my arse! So a productive session all in all.
Weighed myself again today and down from 80.650kg from Monday to 80.100kg so I have dropped a bit from last week, just took a while to get the weekends blow-out out my system.
