      Indians was lovely thanks , it was my supper where I really let loose.........
       
      6 Weetabix 50g whey
      1 bowl frosted wheats
      5 bowls of ricicles
      1/2 pack choccy digestives
      2 pancakes with golden syrup
       
      I,m a cereal addict, its my main blowout on my relaxed eating days....................thats it for at least 2 weeks now though, gonna lower the eating and up the cardio..................it smells like something has crawled up my back door and died this morning, even the dogs keeping me at arms length, lol .
      Its never to late to become what you might have been !

          do you ever drink you refeed? like just luczade etc, I struggle to eat all the simple carbs before I fall asleep

            @ squid - I only drink pepsi max for fizzy drinks, not a big fan of lucozade and the like, much prefer me carbs from cereal .
             
            Chest/tri,s today, decent session then cardio for 55 mins.
             
            Weighed in and weight was slightly up.........i,ll put that down to my weekend of over indulgence , lowering carbs and upping cardio this week......it,s time to get serious!!!!!

                      Yep not too bad mate........only lifting 3 times a week push/pull/legs rather than the 4 days I usually do......was just finding that 4 days with the added cardio was just zapping my energy a bit too much.
                       
                      20 mins fasted acrdio on the exercise bike @ 05.45 this morning,
                       
                      Abs/cardio at the gym today,
                       
                      Crunch machine 4x25 reps
                      Oblique raises 3x15reps
                      Rope crunches 80kg 3x20 reps
                       
                      50 mins on the treadmill a maximum incline and 4.5 mph.

                      Its never to late to become what you might have been !

                            @rzoro - honestly mate i,ve no idea, i,m just getting in as much cardio an trying to keep my diet as clean as possible........I think next week i,ll weigh and measure myself and see what progress i,ve made so far and then evaluate what needs to be done with my diet, I don,t think i,ve got any more cardio left in me!

                                The more I read about the better it sounds!

                                Well done on the training especially the cardio - I did 5 mins on the bike as part of my knee re-hab it felt like 5 years, I was looking for sharp implements it was that bad, think I might give some walking a go once the knee is healed up.
                                I haven,t read enough to form an opinion yet mate, but I will get my arse into gear and get reading up on it over the weekend hopefully.
                                 
                                Pull session today,
                                 
                                Lat Pulldowns - 80kg 3x12 reps
                                                       - 40kg 3x12 reps (supersets)
                                Deadlift - 60kg 2x10 reps
                                             - 100kg 2x10 reps
                                             - 120kg 3x5 reps (havent deadlifted in a while )
                                DB Shrugs - 45kg 3x12 reps
                                Cable rows - 75kg 3x12 reps
                                                   - 35kg 3x12 reps (supersets)
                                Barbell shrugs - 100kg 3x10 reps
                                T-Bar rows - 40kg 3x12 reps
                                BB rows - 60kg 3x12 reps
                                 
                                Done a bit extra volume on my back today as I was feeling gooooood .............25 minutes on the highest level on the stepper and I was blowing out my arse! So a productive session all in all.
                                 
                                Weighed myself again today and down from 80.650kg from Monday to 80.100kg so I have dropped a bit from last week, just took a while to get the weekends blow-out out my system.

                                    Cheers dude! I think i,ve been taking it a bit easy on the lifting front.....telling myself I can take it a bit easier because i,m cutting and upping the cardio (being a bit of a p*ssy in other words ).......from Monday i,m upping the volume on all my lifts but reducing weight and rest times.
                                     
                                    Had a day off yesterday, had the kids and mrs out for the day so had a couple of treats and gave the gym a miss.
                                     
                                    20 mins skipping this morning, 1 minute fast 2-3 minutes slow, my calfs and forearms were on fire......will be keeping the skipping in from now as i,m not putting the time in on the exercise bike.....I HATE  IT!It seems like i,m on the fecker forever and i,m getting saddle sore so its getting the elbow.

                                      I,m lifting 4 days this week so back to my previous split, today......Quads/Bi,s.
                                       
                                      Squats - 40kg 2x20 reps
                                                  - 80kg 2x10 reps
                                                  - 100kg 3x8 reps
                                                  - 80 kg 2x10 reps
                                      Pull-ups - BW 2x10 reps
                                                   - BW+15kg 3x8 reps
                                      Leg Ext - 75kg 3x12 reps
                                      EZ Bar 21,s 40kg 3 sets
                                      Leg Press 160kg 3x15 reps
                                      Bicep curl machine 30kg 3x 12reps
                                       
                                      515 calories smashed in on the steppy device.
                                       
                                      Weighed in today, slightly up on last week, will weigh again wednesday, it was porabablt my relaxed weekend of eating catching up with me.
                                       
                                      Gonna start gettin my pasty ass on the sunnies for a few minutes a week and try and get rid of my corned beef complextion in time for the end of the SUC.

                                        OOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH..............THE ................DOMS , yesterdays leg session was the first in 2 weeks and man am I feeling it today.
                                         
                                        Done Chest/calves today.......strong session finished off with 50 mins on the treadmill @ 4.5mph and maximum incline.
                                         
                                        Diets been clean as it always is Monday - Friday, running low on WPC today so put in an order with Myprotein so should get that on Thursday..........other than that nothing else to report.
                                        Its never to late to become what you might have been !
