Another SUC and my aims are the same as the last one, get my bodyfat down to around the 10% mark and hopefully reveal some abs.
 
Weight - 82kg
Bodyfat - 20% ish
Waist - 35 inhces (just under belly button)
Assisted - No.
 
Heres the pics





I plan on eating around or just below maintenance calories and making the deficit up with cardio, hopefully twicw a day , but its gotta be done.............all the best to everyone taking part!

                Not long changed my routine so will be sticking to it for the majority of this SUC,
                 
                Today - Quads/Bi,s
                 
                Squats - Warm up bar only
                            - 60kg 1x15 reps
                            - 100kg 4x8 reps
                Pull-ups - Warm up BW 1x20 reps
                             - BW=15kg 3x10 reps
                Leg Ext - 60kg 4x10 reps
                EZ Bar 21,s - 30 kg 3x 10 reps
                Leg Press - 200kg 4x 8 reps
                 
                Done 35 mins on the steppy device 300 cals zapped...............diets been clean, done 20 mins on the exercise bike in front of the TV.................omlette and cottage cheese still to go then an early night to get up for some more cardio before work.
                Its never to late to become what you might have been !

                                Todays gym session - Chest/calves
                                 
                                Dips - Warm up Bw 1x30 reps
                                         - BW+40kg 4x8 reps
                                DB press/35 kg
                                DB Flyes 20 kg superset -4x10 reps
                                Standing calf raise - 80kg 4x15 reps
                                Bench press machine - 140kg 3x10 reps
                                Seated calf raises - 60 kg 4x20 reps
                                Cable x-overs - 50 kg 4x12 reps
                                 
                                35 mins on the stepper machine at a higher intensity so 420cals frazzled.
                                 
                                Diets been clean today -
                                 
                                07.30 - 50g oats 50g whey/Multivit/2000mg omega 3 cap
                                10.00 - Tin tuna + apple/B-complex cap
                                12.30 - 200g Chicken/50g basmati rice/200g broccoli
                                14.00 - Pre-WO - 30g whey in water + banana/Glucosamine cap
                                16.00 - PWO 30g whey isolate/5g creatine/green tea cap
                                17.00 - 200g beef/50g sweet potato/200g broccoli/B-complex vit
                                19.30 - 3 egg/3egg white + chicken/mushroom omlette
                                22.00 - 200g cottage cheese/green tea cap.
