Dips - Warm up Bw 1x30 reps
- BW+40kg 4x8 reps
DB press/35 kg
DB Flyes 20 kg superset -4x10 reps
Standing calf raise - 80kg 4x15 reps
Bench press machine - 140kg 3x10 reps
Seated calf raises - 60 kg 4x20 reps
Cable x-overs - 50 kg 4x12 reps
35 mins on the stepper machine at a higher intensity so 420cals frazzled.

07.30 - 50g oats 50g whey/Multivit/2000mg omega 3 cap
10.00 - Tin tuna + apple/B-complex cap
12.30 - 200g Chicken/50g basmati rice/200g broccoli
14.00 - Pre-WO - 30g whey in water + banana/Glucosamine cap
16.00 - PWO 30g whey isolate/5g creatine/green tea cap
17.00 - 200g beef/50g sweet potato/200g broccoli/B-complex vit
19.30 - 3 egg/3egg white + chicken/mushroom omlette
22.00 - 200g cottage cheese/green tea cap.
