You guys must be sick of question's about creatine, lol. I've been training for just over two years and for the past 10/11 weeks or so i've been training most days, stopped drinking alcohol and finally got my diet on track.Over the last few months i've been stocking up on my supplements BCAA's, Whey protein, Creatine etc and i've ended up with 4 different types of creatine and haven't a clue how to use them all, pics below and amounts i have, thanx in advance for any help .

Ha, it won't make any difference. No point in mixing them together just go through them one at a time. Why on earth do you have 4 tubs of creatine unopened?!

Use each creatine supplement separately and take a 4 week break inbetween each creatine supplements.

Ime using creatine too quick after youve just finished a tub leads to poor gains.

Hmm. I don't think I've taken a break from using creatine for over a year LOL. Have tons of mono bought in bulk so just been using it the whole time!

Really haha, you still gaining mate? Yeah man gaining all the time! I eat over 4000kcals a day so I'd be surprised if I wasn't gaining, but I never even gave much thought to how much of my gains could be attributed to creatine. Not a massive amount I'd imagine, but I'd say it certainly helps a bit. Squeezing out an extra rep or two in the gym etc. I'll be ditching the creatine once I start cutting though. So we'll see if I notice it more when I start using it again for the rebound.

Everytime its my b/day, christmas or fathers day my sisters and girlfriend etc buy me supplements. I've got about 7 tubs of that h&b whey protein .Hence i've ended up with all this creatine, I've never used creatine for more than a few days so i'm looking forward to see if it will help my gains. Just thought that now my diet and trainings on track i'd start using the stuff .

No need to stop taking creatine inbetween tubs. Your just loosing out on the effects of creatine for a few weeks. I wouldn't ditch creatine during a cut either.

Yo iain, that's kinda what I figured. Although would you recommend using it when cutting? I can see the benefits in that it would/could help you maintain strength while in a deficit, but the reason I was going to ditch it was to minimize water retention...or would this be negligible in your opinion?

Negligible. If your gona hit the stage of a BB show maybe, otherwise don't worry. Never seen anyone with noticable water retention within the skin with creatine. Maybe it happens to some?
