glycergrow gave me some of the best pumps ive ever had, if your after a great pump during your workout, 3 scoops glycergrow + 500ml water about 45 mins pre and your set! a tub lasts for ever too, 1 tub took me about 6 months to get through since you get 120 servings or something and 1 serving is 3 scoops which is all you need.

It's been made legal by several other sports bodies and is common in certain foods (e.g. low fat cookies).

Daari Just looking for feedback really. Anyone used the above products? what do you feel they did? Glycergrow definitely gets positive feedback across the US boards. I would always say they should be your first port of call for checking for reviews on US products as I am sure both will have many reviews.

The downside to US forums is that: 1) Products are often different - i.e. there are several US products running different European formulas for legal and other reasons 2) US forums have epic tons of "fan boys" who will say anything's great just to get the next free log opportunity. Personally I've been a poster on MT for 6yrs+ now and always trusted the feedback here. I think that the US forums are fantastic for "bulk research" (i.e. just sifting through tons of content), but I'll always ask my own personal question on MT since I've met many of the posters and always found the advice solid.

They are useful for finding out information, as each company has a few reps. I take each review with a pinch of salt though. Lately it seems to be turning into a teaspoon of salt.....
