Anyone else had issues with orders from BSD (Bulk Supplements Direct)?

Hi all, After hearing a few good things about BSD I thought i'd order a few bits and pieces from there, this was a week ago now, I went to login to see where my order was to no avail.. (must haver forgotten password or something). Reset password now 2-3 times, the email that should be sent through has not been sent once. I never received a confirmation email from the site, although funds have been taken from my account (typical). I have sent a couple of emails now to them, through the site and from my email although still no reply. I know its only been a week, but just to show, i ordered from MP (My Protein) at roughly the same time, the MP stuff arrived within 1 working day. If there's anyone associated with BSD that can offer me some advice (as they don't have a phone number either) I would be very much appreciative! Yours, Luke

Oops sorry just seen there's no number for them. That's not good! Personally if I wasn't getting any emails with my new password I'd be looking to my bank for a refund but it may take a while. Did you pay by debit or credit card?

Did you use this address? Taken from their FAQ page: Why don’t you have a telephone number? We are an online sports supplements provider and pride ourselves on response rates. Thanks for the reply guys! I finally heard back from them, by sending an email to the address listed rather than through the site. The email brought promising feedback as it simply stated that my order would be here tomorrow. Although I still feel slightly negative about my purchase as there was zero update information sent to me, the fact that they don't have a customer service line is off-putting, I can't see how having a customer service line could be anything but positive for a company looking to portray itself as customer oriented... and none of my other questions were answered along with wheres my order so I can't sign into my account still.. All in all BSD have good prices, if their products are decent I possibly will use them again, although their customer service is far from satisfactory in my opinion. Cheers again guys!

Cheers again guys! sounds fair to me , ive never used them, its a shame some companies let themselves down with small problems.

Only had one problem, that was with the quality of their Cissus. Highlighted it to them via the email address provided and got a quick response and resolution to my issue. Used them a fair few times now and to be honest, wouldn't have any issues using them again.

i have used BSD for many years now and their customer services for me has always been top notch. Yes they have a monitored customer services email and if you didnt use it, its not really their fault is it? Glad all is sorted

Only had one problem, that was with the quality of their Cissus. What was that? I use the joint support max noticed it slightly lighter in colour this time, have they changed supplier ? Do you still use Cissus from them ?
