Anyone think this is slightly strange?

My dads decided he's going to ring a new woman that he's met off plenty of fish, like he does most nights..
He came upto my room and said he's putting the radio on because he doesn't want me listening. He's literally put it on full wack and has faced the radio literally touching my bedroom door..
Anyone think this is abit strange and paranoid? Why the hell would i be interested in what he's saying or doing?

I think its because the other night i mentioned to him that i heard him say "Where's my kiss, mwahh" about 5 times in one night to 5 different women.. He seems so weird to me, just wondering if anyone else thinks the same

He just want some privacy. Who on here doesnt say stuff to lasses that they'd die if their mates heard them say. Be a good son and say 'don't worry Dad, if its a bit of privacy you want I'll pop out for a walk/run/mates/pub while you're on the phone'.

Just asking you to make yourself scarce for an hour would have been better.

I would call it unconventional rather than odd. You probably embarrassed the fck out of him by recounting what you heard him say so it should come as no surprise that he does not wish you to hear him again!
