I am having a well earned lazy day today. I intend to do absolutely nothing today. I may not even wash.

I have earned this day.

Yes, I intend to spend the whole day in my pyjamas, I'v got a cold and I'v been working all week so I deserve it, I'm not even going to shower today.
Might pop out to the pub to watch the boxing later though

Yes.  Just been for my indian head massage and after she told me take it easy for the rest of the day.  I thought, well if you insist.  So sat here in pyjamas, woolly socks on, hair that looks like it's had chips fried in it....but who cares!!

Nope, been working so hard I didnt have much gym time during the week.

Just cooking up some tuna and pasta after my weights session and then back to do some CV watching the rugby.

Enjoy!

Why did you get an Indian head massage? Was it any good?

I have been taking it very easy. Was up fairly late for a change so slept in for the first proper time in ages. Have been having muchos cups of tea and lounging on the couch.

Planning on a toasty evening in may watch a film and some downloaded tv i haven't watched yet.

Life ain't so bad right now
