I didn't pay for the next day service and being Saturday I certainly didn't expect to receive it until possibly Monday but more likely Tuesday. Credit where credit is due...even received a free sample.. Good work - you have a new customer for sure!

I had a parcel expected at 3-4pm but unfortunately the DPD van broke down, so it turned up at 8pm that night instead! ha. Anyone else would have ditched the parcel back at the depot. This has happened to me too! So I stopped using next day lol. Doesn't happen everytime though, think it may happen if the weight is light enough. Ordering from BBW means 100% peace of mind!

i'm surprised at that mate - have a look in your email or junk box as they may have replied stating there's an issue - they've contacted me straight away in the past if an order can't be fulfilled

All our orders from Sunday are processed Monday morning so I suspect there's an issue with the order and we may have tried to contact you to resolve it (email going to spam box etc.). If you can give customer services a shout our team will be able to quickly look into this and get it all fixed immediately :)
