BCAA Help 21 January 2012 14:35 (permalink)
Hi guys

I have some MP bcaa powder that I am using however I still have like 60 x MP BCAA+ tablets. The tablets are not capped they are just compressed, could I but these into a pesal and Mortor and grind them into a powder and just use this as normal or isn't that recommended?.

Why not swallow them with your BCAA shake?

Well as they are compressed tablets I thought they won't dissolve as quick as if it was mixed with water like the powder version?
