Hi guys, my names Gav and i just wanted to share some info for serious muscle building beginners. I have been looking for the right advice for months and wanted to share my thoughts on how i think you really should get started. Feel free to share you own quick tips here to under mine. I will add to this every week or so when i can. 



DO’S

1.Set Goals
No one is ever going to be considered a great bodybuilder with no goal. A genuine man should know where he’s going and what he’s likely to be. You ought to have direction. That same goal will propel man to bodybuilding greatness. If you will follow your goal strictly, you won’t get anything less than RESPECT.

2.
Purchase Yourself
Research
around the best place to workout in your town. Have a fitness coach show you. Yes, it will likely be expensive however it should pay off in the long run. A great coach will teach you the most effective exercise and proper form. It’s a lot better to visit and expensive gym with complete facilities than a cheap gym. Inside a cheap gym, you’ll need to bear with lots of members utilizing the same equipment with you. What would you do if you’re trying to consume a routine and then someone is using the only dumbbell set you’re attempting to use? (Show a Youtube video why you should wear proper attire)

3. Gym Buddy
It never hurts

4. Eat Before Workout
Coffee

Carbs play a vital role in bodybuilding, it offers us with energy. A great protein shake is excellent too.

5. Warmup
A good workout starts with proper warmup. Warmup set a dark tone for the muscles for additional intense movements. It prevents any future injury for you personally.

6. Maintain Form
Quality over Quantity.
Regardless of how many lifts or sets you are making so long as you do it wrong, you’ll have nothing but short term gains or worse, injury. So long as you maintain form, your gains will improve with more uncommon repetitions.

7.
Cool off
If there is a proper start for an exercise there should also be an effective stop. An awesome down prepares the muscles to stop gearing to have an intense workout.

8.
Have a shower
You’ve held barbels and dumbbells that anyone
might have used. Odds are, you’re a walking bacteria guy after workout. You don’t desire to be smelly when you go out the gym too. Take a quick warm water bath and you’ll instantly feel refreshed. A hot shower after workout helps muscle repair too.

9. Get enough sleep
Sleep
is really a requirement. The body releases hgh for muscles to repair during sleep. Lack of sleep deprives yourself of muscle growth. Why can you work tirelessly in a gym and not gain anything more? Sleep.

10. Supplements
You might or may not use supplements. Supplements help boost muscle growth and repair. If you're a hard gainer. Supplements will truly help a lot. Supplements exist to help but then again, these are only supplements and should never replace real food.
