BEST WAY OF TAKING DIANABOL

Ive just started taking 30mg of Dianabol today. Ive been taking one 5mg tablet every 3 - 4 hours. Is this the best way or can anyone suggest something better.

thats correct and is the best method mate.

Yup thats fine. Try taking it with meals - Some people lose their appitite shortly AFTER taking it.

very strange, and whats this constant ringing in my ears!!
think its high blood pressure to be honest, however i didn't get this prob with only test and dbol, only when decca was introduced

I pop 4 in one go twice day, never had any problems..................

Took upto 40mg a day and done 2 in a go no problems.

I only get nose bleeds in the mornings when I'm on dbol, so its quite common

LOl i just crush mine and snort them in lines of 5 at a time

I do 50mg all in one dose and have not noticed any difference to splitting the dose.
Although due to the short half-life of dbol this is completely contrary to what logic would have but in practice it has worked for me.
BTW I wouldnt have considered this method until i read about it Williams Llewellyns Anabolics where he suggested that it may actually prove MORE effective and have less effect on HPTA shut down to use dbol in this way.
TBH I dont see how it can have a lesser effect on HPTA and in terms of gains i havent experienced any noticeable difference,

I dont think its a difference you are meant to notice as such mate,I think its just because of the drugs halflife.

Still if it works for you thats cool

the difference will proably not be huge and would be hard to notice as no cycle is exactly the same hence what can you compare it to accurately? it is a fact that an even blood concentration of hormone is the most efficeient way to use steroids.

takeing all d-bol in one go is neither more effective or less supressing than splitting the dose, we have posted up many times the huge effect even a small dose of d-bol has on hpta, it doesnt dissapear in a few hours, the thinking behind the advice is flawed and even the book is new the advice is old news and now dissproven

I used to take 20mgs one hour before the gym on an empty stomach. I had nice results.
I have been told that splitting it up is the most efficient way to use it though.

I agree completely with your comments on HPTA and single dosing and TBH i think these sort of comments by Llewellyn discredit some of his findings.
I also agree that achieving an even blood concentration is the way to go as far as AAS effectiveness is concerned. For example a twice weekly shot of test P would be nowhere near as effective as an ed dose.
As far as dbol is concerned i am not so sure. I, along with many other have experimented with both dosing regimes on several occassions and have not noticed any significant difference.
