ORIGINAL: RADa$$Mutha Good one whats the target before the bulk looking at the pics you can't be far off now I would just be happy with a bit less fat on the chest and stomach to be honest, not sure what BF% Im trying to hit. If I could see my abs starting to appear, I would be happy. I just hate the thought of bulking when Im already carrying to much fat as it would be hard to say if the gains where muscle or not.

I just hate the thought of bulking when Im already carrying to much fat as it would be hard to say if the gains where muscle or not. Thats a very good point I wish I had cut first then bulked as it leaves you with a hell of a lot of work to do just straight bulking and me and cardio don't go well together Is the weight starting to come down now you have reduced carb intake?

The weight is coming down now very slowly, but better slow than not at all. I hate cutting as I realy enjoy trying to increase my lifts and trying to pack the weight on, but I suppose I can use this time to get back into training as Ive not done it in years. Loving the new avater mate! Looking very macho on ur pink bike! LOL

Excellent mate like you say its better to loose a lb than put one on,its always a struggle when you hit a sticking point you are fighting against your body now its trying to maintain its fat stores and you want rid of them not a east time at all but keep going you'll get there. Loving the new avater mate! Looking very macho on ur pink bike! LOL PMSL It may look a bit strange But if you read the thread about BMX's in the 80's all will become clear

Keep it up mate. I wouldn't worry about getting down too lean right now. How long you planning on cutting for?

Nice difference in the belly size dude. How's the new routine working for you shifting bi's to chest day and tri's to back? I always get on better with this split for gaining size, but prefer a full-body routine for conditioning/cutting. Just a note about your chins. Rather than stick at the same set/rep each week, (although you should be finding them easier as you've got less weight to shift), stick with the 3 reps and add more sets in each week. When you get to 8 sets (24 reps) drop the sets back to 3 or 4 and up the reps and add sets again until you reach 24 reps total again. Attepting constant increases in reps each will make for very slow progress. Keep up the journal though, it's good for self-motivation, especially when you see the progress pic comparisons.

ORIGINAL: woot Keep it up mate. I wouldn't worry about getting down too lean right now. How long you planning on cutting for? Im not planning on trying to go that low to be honest, I just want to get rid of my gut and the fat on my chest as it makes me feel very self consious when doing things like going to the pool with kids etc. I must admit Im not very happy about having to drop my weight down as I hate to feel Small! So as soon as ive dropped a little more fat, I hope to bulk up as much as possible with as clean a diet as possible.

Thanks for all your replys guys!
