i look forward to the bnbf british next weekend, i am showing my support to jo and eric dowey who is competing inthe over 60 year old class ( you want to see this man, he is fantastic)

Hi Andi, I'm looking forward to it myself but for another reason as it means I can eat again when it's over. I think Jo looked great but thought they may have advised her like me to go for physique. Going to be a very interesting figure class as I don't think there are two competitors of similar shape and size. Looking forward to seeing Eric, not had the pleasure, I do love the older guys who have made some great effort. Saw one guy once who was over 70 and looked in his 50s! Hope to catch you for a quick chat. Safe journey.

had a fabulous day at the bnbf finals, your routine was brilliant i was very entertained and as a choerographer of 18 years i thought your execution and your attitude in the routine was fab....it was a well put together routine and i was clapping all through it.... and congrats of course coming fourth the look on your face was priceless lol..... take care lovely to finally chat etc... take care and see you at the universe next week.
