British Unequipped 2012

Hi Mate not looking to compete in all 3 lifts but over the next year or so will be looking to have a go at British Veterans Bench record and the BPC is possibly the association I'll go for. Will be competing in 110kg class.
 
Looking at current record I'll be approaching that raw sometime next year (all going well) my question is are the current B/P records raw or single ply.
 
Don't worry mate i've had another look at the spreadsheets and don' t seem to be too many records on there??

I dont believe the spreadsheets are complete as they are being updated constantly , the "Veterans"  is the Masters ie over 40 - 45 Masters 1  , over 45 - 50 Masters 2 , and so forth .
WPC / BPC Now recognises both Unequipped (RAW) Note: BPC allowes the use of knee wraps WPC does not allow knee wraps to be used. WPC/BPC have seperate championships and records from national to world level.
Equipped can be single or multiply the same records apply even raw or part equipped unless its specified as a raw record attempt prior to the lift will be classed as an equipped record.

hi can someone please help me im wanting to get into powerlifting,can someone give me a good routine showing exercises and sets and reps pleaseand number of days aweek to train thanx

too many questions to be honest and its in the wrong place as this is about upcoming competitions , there are several powerlifting organisations to choose from and each has its own flavor ie tested/untested, raw(unequipped)
or single or mulitiply equipped, monolift non walkout squat racks or IPF combo type with walkout, some federations like the WPC & GPC use different bars too as they generaly lift the heaviest weights and need bars that can hold and support more weight . its all down to personal choice or whats going on in the area you live.
Vitamins and minerals are all taken care of in KFC and Burger King so not a problem.

Jono68; if you want to ask specific training or nutrion question you'll get a better response in the main p'ower and strength section' or 'training section' or 'nutrition sections'. This thread is to promote BPC comps or to ask Hellspawn specific question (or anyones else that knows) related to these events... at his descretion off course :)

was wanting to ask you what the qualifying total is for the british 105kg raw??

there are no qualifying totals for RAW at the moment as its not long been recognised by the WPC and BPC so these qualifying competitions are important so that totals can be established in the near future however there are equipped qualifying totals down load from my website :

WPC / WPO/ BPC have always been a muliply federation and the recent introduction of a RAW Worlds and world/national records recognision is all fairly new and yet to be established in many cases
