Try eating that, if you don't gain and are struggling to get more calories in opt for something more calorie dense.

That creatine and post workout shake seem expensive. Only really need any brand creatine monohydrate. Bulk brand one will do. Protein the same. Bulk brand, Reflex etc. Don't need special post-workout shake. 30g whey with water + a banana would do. Bsn true mass is expensive too. What's the total daily macros? Calories, carbs, protein and fat? All boils down to that at the end of the day. Trying to bulk up, or lean bulk? If you don't care about fat it's easier.
18. 70kg. Current: 2012 Goals: 95kg Bench. 140kg. 120kg Squat. 180kg 150kg Deadlift. 200kg.

Nut butters, oils, pizza w/e. If you can stop yourself from going anymore than 500kcal above your maintenance I don't see the point in going more than that unless AAS is involved. 500kcal above maintenance is on the upper end of what kind of surplus I'd be in daily.

Yeh 500 above maintenance is good. Could add in a weight gain shake before bed. Homemade with peanut butter, extra virgin olive oil, oats, milk.
