21 years of age
5'8
10 stone,
 
gym 3 times a week, trying to gain diet so far?
 
7am
4 x weetabix, BSN TRUEMASS shake (3 scoops), 2x Eggs, Fruit
980 Calories, 56g Protein, 116g Carbs
 
11am
Chicken Breast, Large bowl of pasta, Mixed Veg, 3x eggs
490 Calories, 40g Protein, 75g Carbs
 
3pm
1x Tin of tuna, 2x weetabix, 3x wholemeal bread, BSN TRUEMASS shake (1.5 scoops)
600 Calories, 44g Protein, 90g Carbs
 
6pm
Pork Chops, or Chicken or Beef etc, with Jacket Potato or pasta etc
300-400 calories, 30-40g of protein, 40-60g carbs
 
6.45pm
PRE - Kre Alkalyn x2
GYM
POST - Kre Alkalyn x2  and Bio Ryhythm After glow and a banana
 
9pm
Home made weight gain shake, 2x eggs on toast, fruit
500 calories, 40g protein, 40g carbs
 
BED - Cottage cheese or caisen shake?
100 Calories, 25g protien, - Carbs

    do i need some more calories for the day? ive been told i need 3330 to build.
    so i duno wether a subway once in while will help etc

      Try eating that, if you don't gain and are struggling to get more calories in opt for something more calorie dense.

        That creatine and post workout shake seem expensive.
        Only really need any brand creatine monohydrate. Bulk brand one will do. Protein the same. Bulk brand, Reflex etc. Don't need special post-workout shake. 30g whey with water + a banana would do. Bsn true mass is expensive too. What's the total daily macros?
        Calories, carbs, protein and fat? All boils down to that at the end of the day. Trying to bulk up, or lean bulk? If you don't care about fat it's easier.

          ahh okay cheers for advice,
           
          whats the best calorie dense food? im not bothered on gain fat if im honest, not on a lean bulk

            Nut butters, oils, pizza w/e.
             
            If you can stop yourself from going anymore than 500kcal above your maintenance I don't see the point in going more than that unless AAS is involved.
             
            500kcal above maintenance is on the upper end of what kind of surplus I'd be in daily.

              Yeh 500 above maintenance is good.
              Could add in a weight gain shake before bed.
              Homemade with peanut butter, extra virgin olive oil, oats, milk.
