Alright mate Havent posted for a while as I've been moving flat so stressed as f*ck. How is the drinking going (or non drinking)... I have been quite bad recently due to the stress of moving. I am settled in now and looking forward to hitting the gym and diet hard on Monday morning. Cheers mate

Just spent 20 mins writing a load of bollox then deleted it. I think I can summarise it in three sentances. I'm not happy at work or in myself I'm drinking I will do better next week and the week after that .......... Oh and one more My boss is a f*cking prick who hasn't got the first f*cking idea about what really happens in his b*stard factory and he seems to prefer listening to f*ckwits who I wouldn't pay in washers rather than take advice from people who want to see the company go forward

ORIGINAL: PAGAN I'm not happy at work or in myself I'm sorry to hear that ORIGINAL: PAGAN I'm drinking And that too. ORIGINAL: PAGAN I will do better next week and the week after that .......... Excellent, that's more like it. Are you going to become happy ? I hope so, but if unhappiness doesn't equal drink next week and the week after, why does it this week ? ORIGINAL: PAGAN My boss is a f*cking prick who hasn't got the first f*cking idea about what really happens in his b*stard factory and he seems to prefer listening to f*ckwits who I wouldn't pay in washers rather than take advice from people who want to see the company go forward About 95% of Britain's bosses are like this old man. This simply means you live in the real world. Just roll with the punches, roll with the punches.

Cheers Pete , being unhappy is obviously a convienient excuse at the moment. Incline bench - 80kx8, 100kx3, 90kx5, 80kx8, 60kx11, 60kx7 Incline db flys -30kx5, 25kx6, 20kx8 Dips- bwx12, bwx11, bwx9 Tricep pushdowns - 40kx6, 30kx10, 30kx8 Diet may be hard work for a couple of days as I'm trying to live off what we have in the cupboards until payday and the cupboards are pretty much full of crap. Feeling pretty low still but I'm determined to stay on track and thankfully it's my best week in terms of my shift patterns.

How goes pagan...works always a sh!tter but it aint real its just that place of irrelevence you have to go to survive, it really doesnt matter at all wat happens there as it has no real relevence to you does it....wat really matters is everything else revolving around these 8 hours...mate you gotta drink to get through, theres obviously no way now your ever gonna be t total for too long so just try and control it a little but above all dont let it get you down or make you lose self respect, i know as good as you how it can have that little effect on ya...good luck wiv it all mate

Cheers S_T_E_F , yeah I'm trying to detach myself from work at the moment, I only work 36 hrs a week so it shouldn't be too hard Did cardio today Bike - 10 mins- steady Stepper/ skier type thingy - 20 mins - hard Treadmill incline walk - 10mins - steady Not sure I should be going so hard on the stepper thing , I do 300 cals in 20 mins according to the machine and I'm pretty fooked tbh. I hate all steady state as it's really boring

^^^^^DOMS by any chance ? Bike - 10mins Leg press -120kx12, 160kx12, 200kx12, 240kx12, 280kx4, 160kx20 Calf press -120kx12, 120kx12 Seated calf raise - 40kx10, 40kx10 240kx4 on leg press was a pb but the reps were a little shallow and I didn't feel comfortable. The preceding set had been hard work so I'll either stay ay 240k for a while or not work as hard on the build up. My knee didn't feel too bad once I got warmed up Pagan Jnr has asked if he can join a local rugby union club. I'm pleased about this as he's a big lad and while he enjoys football and occasionally plays for the school he's not naturally built for it and I reckon rugby might be more up his street as his natural size and power should give him a head start. Obviously he might not get into it but at least he's showing an interest, his sister is bloody hyper active and cant sit still despite four gymnastic classes a week as well as other sports at school. There ,now your all fully briefed on my childrens extra curiculum activitys you should sleep better tonight

Bent rows - 50kx6, 70kx6, 90kx6, 70kx6, 70kx6, 50kx12, 50kx8 Bent laterals - 12.5kx12, 12.5kx10, 12.5kx8 Military press - 50kx6, 60kx6, 70kx2, 50kx10, 50kx6 DB shrugs - 40kx10, 40kx8, 30kx10, 30kx8 Had a decent week diet wise and elbows and knee have been ok. Gonna do cardio tomorrow so that will be twice this week Pagan Jnr enjoyed his first rugby session and was head to toe in mud. He has been asked to play for the club on Sunday so he must have done well , he said there was plenty of lads there so it's not because their crying out for players. I've got a verbal agreement with him that as his strength and conditioning coach I get 10% of his signing on fee when he goes professional , our lass says I'm getting ahead of myself but what does she know

Just been to watch my daughter in inter school x country race, she came 13th out of over 200 and she was running against girls a year older too. It was quite emotional for me as not only was I really proud but it brought back memorys as I used to do a lot of running before I discovered the joys of lager. I seem to be going through a proud father stage at the moment in my journal, I guess not talking about drinking leaves a large gap

ORIGINAL: PAGAN Well I havn't drank since Sunday Pete but I did have fish and chips last night Good lad. Are you aware that fish and chips is dramatically improved by the addition of a steak pudding ? Many initially doubt this but when they try it - it's like a party in their mouths and everyone's invited. Mushy peas is an optional extra and in my opinion do no harm as well as adding a little colour to the plate. In fact, that's todays dinner taken care of. Thank you

Pagan, sometimes the more I read about your personal life, I can't help feel intrigued...you often put yourself down, and try to paint things in a negative light (I don't know anything about your life, please let me reitterate, but bare with me!), but when you right about how proud you are to be of your son and daughter, it does send a warmth through me. My mum and dad never encouraged me to take up sport, or never really pushed me at anything when I was younger...I had to let my own insecurities and personal demons to try and urge me along, but even then it was misguided and ended up sinking into bad depression. Don't write yourself off mate, you've obviously got alot more going for you than you give yourself credit (From my understanding!), we're all our own worst critics and paint ourselve in a negative light. Drinking, and life wise...you know that inevitably, you're the only one who can change this, what would your ideal life look like? (Within realistic bounds, of course!)
