So you can send gear and pct meds to a friend or does that carry a risk?

Anything that is illicit has it's risks. It all depends re substance, intent, quantatity, purpose, class and that word discretion on the authorities/law decision(s). So when it comes to AAS PCT's etc the same applies as above. This sounds simple re outcomes, but can be quite technical depending on circumstances. Just apply common sense and take precautionary measures if ever going down that road.

Minger So you can send gear and pct meds to a friend or does that carry a risk? Drug enforcements 1st line of defence is at the border. Effort is made to stop illicit substances from entering the country. The other main area of interest to the old bill is street dealers and dealing premises. These are normally for drugs like weed, coke, heroin, amphetamine. There is almost zero chance of a package being opened when it is internal mail (ie UK to UK address). My advice would be to avoid ordering goods whereby they are being shipped to you from overseas. Ensure that the products are coming from within the UK.

I received my usual quarterly parcel unopened last week but have had parcels seized in the past and released to me under protest. Sounds like this wont be the case now so you're really just playing the odds if ordering from overseas. Ordering from UK sources will be a lot safer but also more expensive - you pays your money and takes your chances i suppose Anyone have any idea of % of parcels are opened from overseas? 1%??

Hi Just thought you may be interested in this. I had followed the Wiltshire case with interest. I am a drugs worker and run training workshops, trying to make Needle Exchange more suited to people using AAS. The Wiltshire case was interesting but it in turn hinged on an earlier test case. I had written to the Solicitor who represented the guy in Wiltshire asking for information on the precedent that affected his case. In only got my reply from them today. The case reference in question is R v Foster (2010) EWCA Crim 2247 and there's a good summary of it here: http://www.criminallawand...september-14-2010.html It does strongly indicate that products produced by an undergorund lab can be considered by a court as illicit if they were never originally in medical form. I'm not for a second endorsing or agreeing with the ruling; it's just you may find it interesting and, unless Parliament agrees to removed the words "medicinal form" relating to the legislation on schedule 4ii drugs, this precedent has huge ramifications. best wishes Ixion
