Does she intend to do any kind of weight training or just the TKD?

She is TINY lol. I think you have as good a starting base as any with the marko's so just run them and see what happens and adjust accordingly. Women folk can be funny in how they react to carbs but the only way to find out is suck it and see. The thing that you will probably find is that she doesn't eat enough protein....tis just a wimmin folk thing. if you haven't done already then ge her todo a food diary for a week....everything that she eat and drinks and the times. This will give you a good idea of her eating habits....both good and bad. Sorry if I'm telling you to suck eggs lol.

hmmm, all i need was protein per lb weights, carb etc.

shes tiny but pretty strong tbh, has a trained punch with some weight behind it, her kicks are pretty solid as well.

damn, ill do more searching, guess no ladies want to help me out on this.

I just said that the ones you suggested were as good a starting point as any! Perhaps it wasn't clear enough...sorry!

Yeh, I would say waht you suggested for a man would be fine for her also.
